This four-star spot sits right on Rizal Drive in the Forbeswood complex, and the location is honestly pretty brilliant if you’re doing business around BGC or need to be near St. Luke’s Medical Center. I mean, you can literally walk to some of the best restaurants and shopping in Taguig – Mind Museum is just a quick ride away, and you’ve got all those fancy BGC establishments within easy reach. The condo itself is on the 11th floor, so you get decent views without being so high up that the elevators become a daily anxiety trigger. Actually, the elevators here are pretty reliable, which is more than I can say for some places I’ve stayed in Manila.

The unit feels like someone’s actual apartment rather than a sterile hotel room, which I really appreciated. The kitchen is functional – not just decorative like in some serviced apartments – and there’s enough space to spread out your stuff without feeling cramped. The building has that modern Filipino condo vibe going on, clean lines and all that, but it doesn’t feel cold or impersonal. What surprised me most was how quiet it stays at night, considering you’re basically in the heart of one of Metro Manila’s busiest districts. The soundproofing is solid, though you’ll still catch some city hum if you’re a really light sleeper. Parking was straightforward when I visited (always a relief in Manila), and the security setup feels proper without being overly complicated. The 9.7 rating honestly makes sense once you factor in the practical stuff – reliable wifi, good water pressure, air conditioning that actually works, and a location where you can grab excellent Filipino food or international cuisine within a five-minute walk. It’s one of those places where the sum is definitely greater than its parts.
