  I like when I entered the unit for the first time it was cold as I came from travel from airport on a humid weather. The unit smelled nice and it was somewhat clean. I appreciate their complimentary hygiene kits and 2 small water bottles.
  
  What could be improved: I didn't like the strict security of nit allowing visitor's guest. The security guard were rude and looked down on my friends as they were drunk that time and unsafe to go home to their own home. I didn't like that the induction cooker was not working and there were no cooking utensils to cook with. The shower area seemed to lack more deeo cleaning and find the washing machine utterly useless as we cannot hang any clothes in the unit as they will charge us with penalty. I also didn't like the power outlets that are loose and plugging it with charger is difficult as it easilly fell off to the floor. Therefore, we have to use the outlets in the kitchen to charge as it can clips on to our chargers.

  The location of the accommodation is amazing. It's 10 mins walk to SM Megamall and 5-6 mins walk to ShangriLa. There is supermarket and mall downstairs and the staff at the lobby were amazing.
  
  What could be improved: The communication with the owner was very disappointing. They double book our original room and took them so long to respond to our queries. We agreed to take the available room and when we are transferring to our correct room, they took 3 hrs to move us in and ruined our whole day full of appointments. They didnt even apologize until we finally move to the original room we booked.
  There are also heaps of rules such as no visitors, don't use the washing machine and etc.
  Also found a cigarette butt on our balcony on our first night ( we both don't smoke).
