The sound of the water is surprisingly soothing – I mean, you’re still in Manila so there’s urban noise, but the bay creates this buffer that makes everything feel more relaxed. What really struck me was how the space felt like an actual home rather than a sterile hotel room. The kitchen was fully equipped (I actually cooked a few meals, something I rarely do when traveling), and the living area had enough space to spread out, which is rare in Manila accommodations at this price point.

The building amenities are where this place really shines – there’s a pool area that’s never too crowded during weekday afternoons, and the gym is surprisingly well-maintained. I noticed they keep the common areas spotless, which isn’t always a given with condotel properties where management can get complicated. The front desk staff genuinely seemed to care about guests, not just the typical polite-but-distant service you often get. Parking was straightforward too, though weekends can get a bit tight with all the MOA visitors. One small thing that impressed me – the elevators are fast and rarely crowded, which sounds minor until you’re dealing with slow lifts in other Manila buildings. If you’re looking for that sweet spot between hotel service and apartment comfort, especially when you want easy access to MOA, the airport, and Manila Bay’s nicer areas without dealing with Makati traffic, this place actually delivers on what it promises.

  Location was good, close to the airport. I was just staying one night for a layover, so it was what I needed. Bella, the host, was nice and came to receive me at the reception and showed me the room and walked me to the closest atm. Room is small but comfy. It has a full kitchen. It was down the street from the Mall, which was nice for shopping and getting food. WiFi was good and I was able to watch a movie on Amazon Prime.
  
  What could be improved: Room was ok, but small. The bathroom needs some renovations. The toilet water sprayer bidet doesn’t have a holder, so it just hangs down to the floor. The hanger clip is broken. Shower is also missing a door and no curtain. I would recommend putting a curtain to keep the water inside.
