I’ve stayed in a bunch of places around BGC, and the location here is pretty sweet – you’re close enough to walk to High Street and The Fort Strip when you want that buzzy restaurant scene, but far enough from the main drag that you’re not dealing with weekend party noise until 3 AM. The 74 square meters actually feels generous once you’re inside, especially compared to some of those cramped hotel rooms you get elsewhere in Manila. Two proper bedrooms work great if you’re traveling with family or splitting costs with friends, and having two full bathrooms means no morning rush drama.

What I really liked was how the space felt more like borrowing a friend’s apartment than staying in a typical hotel setup. The maid quarter is this nice little bonus – gives you extra storage space even if you’re not actually bringing help along. The beds are decent quality (I’m picky about mattresses, trust me), and the air conditioning keeps up with Manila’s humidity, which isn’t always a given in older buildings. The building itself has that modern BGC vibe – clean lobbies, working elevators, security that actually pays attention. Parking can get tight during weekdays when all the office workers are around, but evenings and weekends it’s fine. Check-in was pretty smooth, though the front desk staff sometimes take a few minutes to locate your booking in their system – nothing major, just factor in an extra ten minutes.

The 8.5 rating makes sense to me. It’s not luxury resort territory, but for the price point and location, you’re getting solid value. I’d definitely recommend this place if you want to be in the BGC area without paying those crazy Shangri-La or Grand Hyatt rates. Just manage your expectations on the name – whoever wrote that listing clearly isn’t in marketing, but the actual experience is way better than “decent” suggests.

  Location in BCG, front desk security was good. Good selection of kitchen cooking ware, plates, bowls, Nescafé coffee machine , electric hot water portable jug, good size refrigerator. Good amount of living space and clean . There is a washer dryer combo with some instructions but better if some photos should be posted for water valve open/close ( for visitors not sure which handle position ) and heads up on the fill weight limit ( small laundry).
  
  What could be improved: Too much scent used in the hotel lobby area. Missing TV and lack of uniformed towels , no soap shampoo amenities in 1 of 2 bathrooms, inadequate toilet paper. There is nearby quick mart store ( ext to McD) to buy stuff.

  Quick and easy accessibility to some convenience stores and eateries, and not too far walk to shopping malls and restaurants. The property provided enough comfortable space for the family members. Building and room security was very good.

  Seibu tower staff, the security and organisation within the Seibu Tower were really amazing, nice and so polite – 2 thumbs up👍👍.
  The host was incredibly wonderful – responded to enquiries/queries promptly.
  The location is just about 10 mins walk to BGC high street. Bars, pubs, restaurants and convenient stores are just on your doorstep. Also it’s convenient to have a nice walk-about around the area.
  The property was spacious, bright and had all the equipments that we needed throughout our stay. Felt like I was home (away from home).
  I will definitely book this property when visiting Manila again.

  The apartment is very cozy and, at 74 square meters, not small. The kitchen is very well-equipped and invites you to cook your own meals. The living room, with its giant TV and Netflix account, is a lovely place to relax on the sofa in the evening and watch movies. The bathrooms have hot water, which is very good and rare, and the beds are very comfortable—not too hard but not too soft.
  
  The apartment is very clean, and every room, except for the bathrooms, is equipped with air conditioning.
  
  The hostess is very nice and accommodating and leaves nothing to be desired. Overall, the apartment is very good, and the location is also very good, with good restaurants nearby and a park right outside the door. The walking distances are good. The nearest mall is quick and easy to reach, or you can also take a Grab (taxi) for around 90 pesos.
  
  We had a great time here, and I wish everyone a pleasant stay.
  
  What could be improved: In my opinion the apartment isn't lacking much. It would be good if there was a broom or a way to clean it, but that's just complaining at a high level.
