The building itself sits right on Rizal Drive, and while that might sound busy, the rooms are surprisingly quiet (though I’d still request something facing away from the street if you’re a light sleeper). What really sold me on this four-star setup was the space – these two-bedroom units actually feel like you could live here for a month without going stir-crazy. The kitchen is properly equipped too, not just some sad mini-fridge situation, which comes in handy when you want to grab groceries from High Street and cook something that isn’t another hotel breakfast.

You know what’s funny? Everyone talks about BGC being this business district, but staying here made me realize how much green space there actually is around Forbeswood. St. Luke’s hospital is right there if you need any medical stuff (hopefully you don’t, but it’s reassuring), and the whole High Street area has this weird mix of local spots and international chains that somehow works. The building’s amenities are solid without being flashy – decent pool, gym that’s not cramped, and parking that doesn’t require a PhD to navigate. Check-in was smooth when I stayed, though the front desk staff seemed pretty new to the whole hospitality thing. Not unfriendly, just… still learning the ropes, I guess. The WiFi actually works well throughout the unit, which honestly surprised me given how hit-or-miss internet can be in Manila apartments. If you’re here for business stuff, you’re maybe fifteen minutes from Makati depending on traffic, and the airport isn’t a complete nightmare to get to either. Just don’t try to do either trip during rush hour unless you enjoy sitting in cars for way longer than necessary.

  The staff was very nice and friendly. They greeted us with a smile every time we walked by. The AC’s were in good working condition. The property was within walking distance to restaurants and convenient stores.
  
  What could be improved: The parking situation held us up at check in. That’s because the parking confirmation was given to me by the management a few hours before check in. It was a pay first before park situation. I thought I can just pay someone at the property. Instead, I had to pay via g-cash or bank transfer which I was unfamiliar with being a US resident. Furthermore, we’ve just came from a 6 hour drive from the province. Good thing, the staff and security guard helped us with the process.
  The kitchen sink was draining slowly.
