BGC can feel a bit sterile compared to older Manila neighborhoods, but it means everything’s clean, walkable, and you’ve got grab cars everywhere. The four-star rating feels about right – it’s not luxury, but everything works smoothly and the building management clearly keeps things maintained. I’d definitely crash here again, especially if I needed to be around the Taguig business area. Just don’t expect much personality in the common areas – it’s more functional than charming, but sometimes that’s exactly what you need.

  The place looks "big" and cozy.
  
  What could be improved: The aircon cable was taped to the wall but it keeps on shutting the aircon off.I have to "fix" the aircon plug for it to work 😁. Suggest to replace the outlet with a better quality.
