What really sold me on this place was how it strikes this perfect balance between being close to everything but not drowning in the chaos that usually comes with Manila accommodations. You’re literally minutes from Ninoy Aquino – and I mean actually minutes, not that “convenient to airport” nonsense that usually means an hour in traffic. The location along Villamor SLEX Service Road might sound industrial, but it’s actually pretty brilliant. You can zip over to BGC when you want that polished, international vibe, or head into the city proper without feeling trapped in either world. The golf course proximity is real too – I watched golfers from the penthouse windows during my morning coffee, which was oddly relaxing.

The two-bedroom setup works beautifully for families or groups who actually want to spend time together without stepping on each other. The Wi-Fi is solid (I tested it extensively while working from the dining table), and the kitchen situation is way better than most hotel kitchenettes – you could legitimately cook here if you wanted to skip another restaurant meal. What surprised me most was how quiet it gets at night, considering you’re in Pasay. Sure, you’ll hear the occasional plane, but it’s more of a gentle whoosh than the jarring interruptions I was bracing for. The building itself feels secure and well-maintained, with staff who seem to genuinely know the place rather than just working there temporarily. I mean, for the price point and that 8.1 rating, you’re getting penthouse views and space that would cost twice as much in BGC proper, plus you’re not dealing with the Fort’s weekend crowd madness when you just want to relax.

  What could be improved: The spoon and foksr were all plastics, better if it is silver or metal bec it can be boiled, plastics are very unhygienic, the stove didn't work for us, the bathroom cistern next to the kitchen had little water reservoir on it, the light in our bedroom next to the TV didn't wirk on our last night upon arrival from the wedding we attended kitchen utensils were so few no condiments on cupboards thdesk staff has no coordination with oncoming scheduled arrival of guests we were instructed to take the keys from the basement 1,but upon arrival at the property the key was placed on our door it's good we went straight up on our toom, water refilling station was closed when we arrived we left our container to be filled the next day unfortunately it wasn't the when we were collecting it, so it's hard too get you water and we had not to drink that night, we enjoyed the gym in a short while, hope there will be some food sold in the premises in the coming days

  The staff very friendly and constantly greets you with a smile whenever you see them, the owner is also very accommodating, we had a great time during our stay and will definitely book again in this unit, highly recommended

  Very roomy apartment with good beds and 2 bathrooms, nice hot showers, no bugs,clean fresh linen ,great view of city and sunset. Felt safe with helpful staff nice communal areas.

  Nice and spacious. Short drive to terminal 3. Friendly and helpful staff. Someone parked in the parking slot that was reserved for me (turned out to be a good thing because of the tandem parking setup) The view from the balcony was amazing.
