The condo itself feels like someone’s actual home rather than a sterile hotel room, which has its pros and cons. Pro: there’s a proper kitchen, so you’re not stuck eating overpriced room service or hunting for restaurants every single meal. The living space is generous too, and that perfect 10 rating starts making sense when you realize you can actually spread out and relax. The downside? Well, it’s a condo, so don’t expect daily housekeeping or a concierge desk downstairs. But honestly, after dealing with overeager hotel staff in other places, the privacy was kind of refreshing. The building itself is well-maintained – I was worried about noise since Roxas can get busy, but the windows do a decent job keeping the street sounds manageable. Just don’t expect complete silence if you’re a light sleeper. The sunset views from the bay-facing windows are absolutely worth any minor traffic noise though. I spent way too many evenings just watching the light change over the water, and you can see all the way to the mountains on clear days.
