The Mall of Asia is literally a short ride away, and when I say short, I mean you can see it from some of the higher floors. Having the US Embassy nearby might not matter to everyone, but if you’re dealing with visa stuff or business in that area, you’ll appreciate not having to cross the entire metro. The parking situation is sorted too, which honestly saves you so much hassle in this part of Manila where finding a spot can be a nightmare.

The Suites Themselves

The room I stayed in was actually more spacious than I expected — these aren’t cramped hotel boxes but proper suite-style accommodations. The studio layout works well, and I appreciated having a proper seating area separate from the bed. The kitchenette setup is basic but functional if you want to grab groceries from SM Mall of Asia and prepare simple meals. Air conditioning works well here, which matters more than you might think given Manila’s humidity, and the Wi-Fi actually reaches decent speeds throughout the unit.

Daily Life and Amenities

What struck me most was how this place functions more like a serviced residence than a traditional hotel. There’s no fancy restaurant on-site, but honestly, you’re so close to countless dining options that it doesn’t matter. The building has that lived-in feel where you see a mix of long-term residents and travelers like yourself. Housekeeping comes regularly, and the front desk staff know the area well enough to give you actual useful directions rather than just pointing you toward tourist traps.

The couples rating of 8.4 for location makes complete sense once you spend time here — there’s something romantic about those bay views, especially during sunset. You’re close enough to Manila’s business districts for work trips, but far enough from the chaos to actually relax. The airport proximity is genuinely convenient without the noise issues you might expect. I mean, when you can roll out of bed and be at NAIA in 20 minutes during off-peak hours, that’s worth something.   The condo was good and full of needings like ironing also. Wi-Fi was Fine, TV has a smart box, bed was cozy.
  The location has it's bad things but also near to the beautiful places. And I preferred using Grab app for taxi, it is affordable and reliable.

  Unit was very clean with everything needed. Large television and large dining/living room area.
  Separate bedroom was floor to ceiling window corner unit so you could wakeup to amazing views of the bay.
  Amazing view of Manila Bay, Star City and Cultural Centre.

  Close to NAIA
  Convenience store and massage available on main floor
  
  What could be improved: Traffic noise from Roxas Blvd can be a bother – whether it's sirens or trucks. I found putting using the portable fan available helped create some white noise and drown out the outside traffic.
  This complaint is nothing against the hosts as they of course cannot control it.
