The building itself – it’s got that sleek DMCI residential feel, which makes sense since it’s actually part of The Atherton complex. The lobby doesn’t feel like a traditional hotel at all, more like you’re visiting a friend who lives in a really upscale condo development.

What really sets this place apart is how it blends that high-end residential vibe with proper hotel service. The units – and I mean, they’re proper apartments, not just rooms – come with full kitchens that actually work (I made coffee there every morning), living areas where you can spread out, and honestly, some of the best views I’ve seen in this part of Parañaque. From the higher floors, you can catch glimpses of the bay, especially during sunset. The staff really knows their stuff too – they’re not just polite, they’re genuinely helpful in that way that makes you feel like you’re staying somewhere special. I had this one issue with the air conditioning remote, and instead of just sending maintenance, the front desk person walked up with me to sort it out and ended up giving me tips about the best local restaurants nearby.

The location works brilliantly if you know the area – you’re close enough to the airport that you won’t stress about early flights, but far enough that you’re not hearing planes constantly. San Antonio’s got this nice residential feel, and there’s something refreshing about staying somewhere that feels more like a neighborhood than a tourist zone. The building’s amenities are pretty impressive too, especially the pool area which gets lovely afternoon light, and the gym that’s actually well-equipped (not just a few sad treadmills like some places). Parking was never an issue when I visited, which honestly, in Metro Manila, that’s worth mentioning. The 9.3 rating makes complete sense once you’ve stayed there – it’s one of those places that just gets the details right, from the quality of the linens to the fact that the WiFi actually works properly throughout the unit. If you’re looking for something that feels more like a temporary home than a hotel room, especially for longer stays, this place really delivers.

  Everything. The process were excellent and they met us in person. The two bedroom, one bathroom, plus kitchen, living room and dining room were lovely and sufficient for us five adults. The place is complete with everything from shampoo, toothpaste with tooth brush, soap, towels, linen and big tv screen with Netflix, YouTube and more. Oh, excellent air-conditioning throughout. Very clean and immaculate place. Near Manila Airport, located in ParAñaque near SM Sucat, SM ParAñaque. Atherton Condos/Apartments are gorgeous high rise buildings and with breathtaking landscape, lobby plus 24/7 guards, concierge, parking lot attendant. We'll stay again and highly recommended. Restaurants are just outside the gate.
