The floor-to-ceiling windows give you decent views of Manila Bay if you’re lucky enough to snag the right room – honestly, watching the sunset from up there while the city buzzes below is pretty spectacular. The air conditioning works like a dream (essential in this humidity), and the beds are actually comfortable, not just hotel-marketing comfortable.

What really sets this place apart though is how it sits right in the middle of everything without feeling chaotic. You’re walking distance from the MOA Arena if there’s a concert or event happening, the SMX Convention Center is right there, and when you need a break from the urban intensity, Manila Bay is literally across the street. I’ve stayed here during both busy conference seasons and quieter times, and the staff manages to keep things running smoothly either way. The Wi-Fi is solid – I actually got work done, which doesn’t always happen in hotels. Parking can get a bit tight during peak mall hours, but there’s usually space if you’re flexible about timing. One thing to note: it does get lively on weekends since you’re so close to all the action, but the soundproofing is decent enough that it wasn’t a real issue for me. The whole setup just works, especially if you want that urban convenience without paying Makati prices.

  The location is excellent, being close to the airport, malls, bus terminal, and banks. We saved a lot on Uber rides. Additionally, the cleanliness of both the room and the building is a definite plus.

  The unit is very clean with complete facilities, location is walking distance to MOA, safety of the vicinity, a very considerate and accommodating host (thank you sir for allowing us an earlier check in), super approachable and helpful guards.
