I could literally walk to the casino when I felt like losing some money (which happened more than I’d like to admit), and the airport proximity is clutch. None of that crazy Manila traffic nightmare when you’re trying to catch a flight at 6 AM. The hotel sits in this sweet spot where you’re close to everything but not drowning in the chaos of the main tourist strips. There’s actually a decent convenience store right around the corner, and the staff pointed me toward this local place for breakfast that doesn’t show up in any guidebooks – you know, the kind of spot where you get real longsilog for like 150 pesos.

What really got me was the attention to detail in the rooms. The high-floor thing isn’t just marketing speak – I had this view that stretched across the bay, especially gorgeous around sunset when the whole sky turns orange and purple. The penthouse units (I splurged one night) have these floor-to-ceiling windows that make you feel like you’re floating above the city. Honestly, the beds are some of the most comfortable I’ve slept in around this price range, and the AC actually works properly – which, let’s be real, is half the battle in the Philippines. The bathrooms have good water pressure too, something you learn not to take for granted after a few budget hotel disasters. Only minor complaint? The wifi can be spotty on the higher floors during peak hours, but it’s not terrible.

The whole vibe feels more like a boutique property than your typical chain hotel. Staff remembers your name after day two, and they’re genuinely helpful rather than just going through the motions. I had this issue with my flight getting delayed, and the front desk guy actually called the airline for me while I was dealing with other stuff – small gesture, but it stuck with me. The pool area gets decent light in the mornings if you’re into that, though it can get pretty busy on weekends with locals using the day passes. Security is solid without being overbearing, which matters when you’re carrying camera gear around the city. All in all, it’s one of those places that gets the fundamentals right and throws in enough personality to make you want to come back.

  It was great, the place is fairly new, modern and spacious. The location is great, I love the big glass windows looking over the freeway, plus the balcony is fantastic! The staff were great and very helpful both online personnel and floor staff. They have airfryer, which is cool.
  
  What could be improved: Bathoom toiletries bottles were empty (soap, shampoos, lotions). I'm not sure if they are supposed to provide it, but we we didn't bother asking, no condiments, no coffee cups. Coffee maker be nice. It's not spotless, clean, but decent.
