What really sold me on this place was the location – you’re right at that sweet spot where Roxas meets Dapitan, which means you can actually walk to decent restaurants without fighting through crazy traffic. I mean, you’re still in Manila so there’s always going to be some chaos, but this particular corner feels more manageable than a lot of other areas. The bay views from the upper floors are genuinely nice too, especially around sunset when the light hits the water just right. You know what’s refreshing? The staff actually seems to know the neighborhood well – they pointed me toward this little local spot for breakfast that I never would have found otherwise, and it was way better than the typical hotel restaurant fare.

The suites themselves are thoughtfully laid out, with enough space that you don’t feel like you’re living out of a suitcase. I particularly appreciated the kitchenette setup – nothing fancy, but functional if you want to grab some fresh fruit from the market and not rely on room service for every meal. The beds are actually comfortable (you’d be surprised how often that’s not the case), and the air conditioning works properly, which is non-negotiable in this climate. One small thing that impressed me was how quiet it stays despite being on a main boulevard – they’ve clearly put some thought into soundproofing. Check-in was smooth, parking isn’t a nightmare like some places in the area, and honestly, for what you’re paying, it feels like solid value. It’s not trying to be the fanciest place in town, but sometimes that’s exactly what you want – a comfortable, well-run spot where you can actually relax without constantly worrying about whether you’re getting ripped off or dealing with attitude from the staff.

  We had a wonderful stay! The rooms were spotless, the view was amazing, and the location was incredibly convenient—close to the airport, malls, and local attractions. The host was very supportive and made sure all our needs were met. I’ll definitely recommend this place to colleagues and friends looking for a great stay in the area.
  
  What could be improved: Not really didn’t like, it’s just maybe to have a division from Kitchen area to bedroom area to avoid food smells when you are cooking especially if wanted to stay a bit longer and you really require to cook .. overall is great though
