Since it’s essentially a serviced apartment within a residential complex, you get amenities like the pool and gym that residents use, so it feels more authentic and less touristy. The staff knows their stuff and the maintenance is solid, but don’t expect the hyper-attentive service you’d get at a traditional hotel. Florence Way itself is pretty well connected – you can easily hop over to BGC for work meetings or hit up the shopping centers, and there’s decent parking if you’re renting a car. I’d say this spot works best for business travelers or people doing extended stays who want that home-away-from-home vibe without sacrificing the conveniences. The 7.6 rating makes sense to me – it’s reliably good without being flashy, and honestly, that consistency is worth a lot when you’re navigating a city as unpredictable as Manila.

  What could be improved: Our first time with this type of stay where we collect keys ourselves. Did not know we needed to get instructions from email. Finally looked at email and saw the instructions. For first time people, might be better to let them know they will be getting instructions by email the day prior to arrival. Otherwise, it was a good stay.

  Location was great. The mall was just around the corner. Problem is there is not clear walk way to the canal and you have to kind of walk in the street, but it's only for about 75 to 100 meters. Apartment was very nice, good kitchen and washing machine. View and balcony were amazing.

  What could be improved: The property doesn’t have a luggage storage after checking out most renters are from the provinces far flung places airplane flights long hours waiting at the airports. In short luggage storage should be at the ground level of your property maximum 5 hours.
