The kitchen has proper cookware (I actually made breakfast twice), and the living area doesn’t feel cramped even though it’s technically just one bedroom. Plus, that fast WiFi claim? They’re not kidding around – I was pulling down speeds that put some four-star hotels to shame.

What really works about this location is how it sits right in that sweet spot where you’re close enough to Ortigas for business stuff, but you’re not dealing with all the chaos of the main district. Pasig Boulevard can get busy during rush hour, sure, but the building itself stays pretty quiet. The Prisma complex has decent security too – they actually check IDs and have that whole visitor log system, which made me feel comfortable leaving my laptop there during the day. I’d definitely stay here again, especially if you’re someone who needs reliable internet for work but wants something that feels more like home than a typical hotel room. Just keep in mind that while there are some decent restaurants within walking distance, you’ll probably want to grab a Grab or taxi if you’re planning big nights out in Manila proper.

  The location of the property is very accessible to all.the price and the host is very approachable.
  
  What could be improved: We dont have chance to go swimming because they have the day which allow only for the visitor.The parking is little bit expensive .we get the parking at the time we came on the place.

  The fast, no hassle check-in to the unit.
  The facilities and ground area was lively, vibrant and a friendly atmosphere. Also very child friendly. There is a nice park, gym, big pool, and they have BBQ stalls during the weekend which was lovely.
  The unit is clean, spacious, and comfortable.
  There is a small convenience store on the ground floor.
  It is nearby SM Megamall, Market Market and Venice Grand Mall.

Should also improve the room amenities there is no proper eating area ,no stove for cooking also . Over all not so happy with the experience .

  The location was perfect. It was near to everything we needed. The host was very accommodating and helped us the whole time. She was great! The place is exactly the same as the photos. And the place provided snacks and drinks that were very useful especially when you need coffee to start your day!

  I like how clean the room was when we got there. The amenities are also big. Just a tip though, although you have extensions for the tri-plug, it would be more convenient if you have an adapter for even just 1 appliance.
  
  What could be improved: The commute to the place was not enjoyable as most of the drivers are not familiar with the area. Not to mention the entrance is like hidden. However, it might be because it's the holidays. Aside from that, the whole stay was enjoyable.

  The unit's caption truely lived up to its name! Stylish and well kept, very instagramable. The view from the room is a plus bonus! The amenities available were also quite nice! Ms Tonie was an exceptional host and she entertained my every inquiry. I got lucky running into this beautiful unit from Booking.com. as a quick escape from work. I would definitely book this unit again in the future!
