Suite M – 1 Bedroom Condo at Azure Residences Overview
I’ll be honest – when I first heard about Suite M – 1 Bedroom Condo at Azure Residences, I wasn’t sure what to expect from a condo-style setup in Parañaque. But you know what? This place actually surprised me in the best way possible. It’s tucked away on West Service Road near the airport area, which sounds busy but the building’s positioning really cuts down on the traffic noise – something I was genuinely worried about given how chaotic that stretch can get during rush hour.
What struck me right away was how this four-star property feels more like staying at a friend’s well-appointed apartment than a typical hotel. The one-bedroom setup gives you actual breathing room, with a proper living area where you can spread out your stuff (and honestly, after cramped hotel rooms elsewhere in Manila, that space feels luxurious). The kitchen isn’t just for show either – I mean, it’s fully functional if you want to grab groceries from the nearby SM BF or just heat up some late-night takeout. The bedroom’s got this nice separation from the living space, which makes a real difference if you’re traveling with someone who keeps different hours than you do.
The building itself has that modern residential vibe that’s becoming popular around the metro – clean lines, decent security, and amenities that residents actually use rather than just tourist attractions. I spent some time by the pool area one evening and it was refreshingly quiet, mostly locals unwinding after work rather than the usual hotel crowd. The staff treats you like a temporary resident rather than just another guest checking boxes, which creates this more relaxed atmosphere. Location-wise, you’re surprisingly well-connected here – it’s not exactly in the heart of Manila’s tourist zone, but the proximity to NAIA is genuinely useful (about 15 minutes in normal traffic), and there are solid dining options within walking distance if you know where to look. The nearby Aguirre Avenue has some hidden gems that most visitors never discover. Sure, it’s not as flashy as some of the big-name hotels in Makati or BGC, but sometimes that’s exactly what you want – a comfortable, authentic base that doesn’t feel like you’re paying for marble lobbies and overdone service you don’t really need.

Reviews of Suite M – 1 Bedroom Condo at Azure Residences
Nice kitchen and bathroom, Netflix, bed sheets not cleaned – Adéla from Czech Republic – August 12, 2025 (8/10)
– Full equipped kitchen, nice bathroom with hot water, Netflix available
– You can buy food or drinks in the resort
– there is swimming pool for 250 pesos (we didn’t use it), but on Tuesday it’s closed because it’s being cleaned
– good AC, it was really nice air there
What could be improved: – The bed sheets were not changed after previous guests probably and the feeling was terrible (there was hair in it) – we had earlier check in, at 12:30, and checkout is at 12:00, so we can imagine how can you clean in 30 minutes the whole apartment.
– No drinkable water (only you can buy it)
– They kept our passport at the reception for the stayOkay, meets expectations. – Alyssa from Philippines – May 19, 2025 (8/10)
The room was clean and was relatively close to as shown in the pictures, we got the qr code fast and the check in process went smoothly, the staff at azure is fine – not welcoming but not rude either which is expected since this is a condo afterall not a hotel, the pool was relatively clean we swam on sunday 2pm-7pm shift by around 5pm it got crowded so we left i recommend showing up early like we did despite the afternoon heat, do note that only the wave pool is accessible for guests all other amenities are for residents only, and there is lots of food shops and the unit is near a convinience mart,
What could be improved: The room is facing slex so the traffic noise can be heard in the room especially loud motors and honking busses, but it is as shown in the picture so I wouldn't really say we didn't expect it it was bearable for us since we were heavy sleepers, no shampoo and soap were available despite shown in the pictures but its okay since its relatively cheap to buy some at the nearest convinience store, although a dining chair is broken already and the dining area varies slightly from the photo shown,Excellent " Felt like home" – Nirmal from India – April 27, 2025 (10/10)
I just felt like I was at home and the total facility looked amazing. The room was clean and neat. The staff were all very friendly and the host was easy to contact. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. Will definitely stay there again.
Good value for the price – Tim from Germany – November 2, 2024 (7/10)
Good location, walking distance to the mall. Nice swimming pool, great view from the room. The room itself is quite spacious. Good WiFi. The owner is reactive to messages.
What could be improved: I came with my bike and it’s hard to find the motorbike parking + it’s very expensive 50₱ for the first 3 hours then 10₱/hour.
The room is very loud since it’s right next to the highway and the walls/windows are very thin. The room itself wasn’t cleaned properly, hair from previous guests everywhere and the aircon filter looked like like it has never ever been cleaned. I highly recommend to the owner to change caretaker/cleaner.Decent stay, but not close to the airport! – Christopher from United States – July 26, 2024 (8/10)
There's a few low cost breakfast options in the strip malls downstairs. Not bad overall.
What could be improved: Something was going on with the building power so the first 3 hours were without AC.Spacious, good value for the money, but have to pay to use the pool/wave pool. Check in was unnecessarily long. Ov – John from United States – May 17, 2024 (8/10)
Spacious room, big property. Good wifi, came with free netflix. Bathroom was good but no shower curtain or door to block the water from coming out
What could be improved: You have to pay to use the pool. You can’t access restaurants on the property or play beach volleyball since it is meant for condominium residents. No batteries in remote at first and a big insect was found in the room. Close to the floor by the bed there was a hole/unfinished area. Check in was unnecessarily long and they wanted to keep my license or passport at first till the endExceptional – Manile from Philippines – April 27, 2024 (10/10)
The place is amazing my wife loved it and will definitely come back here. Please continue making your customers happy. Thank you

Great place to stay – clean and everything is working. No roaches even!!!
What could be improved: Maybe some noise from the street – windows were not super noise-tight. But considering, that you are in Manilla, not so bad 😉Good – Kenken from Philippines – January 14, 2024 (7/10)
What could be improved: The room itself is superb, however, entering the premises is a big hassle. The owner didn’t provide information beforehand about the things we needed to do before entering (e.g. We need a security pass, etc). We waste almost an hour waiting- undergoing intensive unnecessary security. Azure needed approval before accepting guests yet no proper coordination from the third party. It’s like a roller coaster. I'm quite disappointed with how the guards treat or approach guests as well. I don't think I want to return. A big hassle for me.
Good – Chester from Philippines – January 2, 2024 (7/10)
The owner is very accomodating.
The room is clean and comfy.
Excellent Wifi and Netflix.
What could be improved: Water heater in the bathroom is not working when we stay.
