Telly’s Studio Across NAIA3 Overview
You know what caught me off guard about Telly’s Studio Across NAIA3? The name makes it sound like some basic crash pad for early flights, but this place is actually a solid four-star spot that gets the airport hotel thing right. I mean, when you’re staying near an airport, you’re usually bracing for paper-thin walls and that weird industrial carpet smell – but honestly, this felt more like a boutique property that just happens to be incredibly convenient for Terminal 3.
The location on One Palmtree Villas Resort Drive is clutch if you’re doing the Manila airport shuffle. I’ve stayed at plenty of places in Pasay that claim to be “near” NAIA but still require a twenty-minute taxi ride through traffic that’ll make you miss your connection. Telly’s is actually across from Terminal 3 – like, you can literally see the airport from some rooms. The studio setup works really well too, especially if you’re on a long layover or need to crash before an early international flight. Everything’s compact but thoughtfully laid out, with enough space to spread out your luggage without tripping over it every five minutes.
What really sold me was the attention to details you don’t expect from airport hotels. The soundproofing is surprisingly decent – yes, you’ll hear some plane noise, but it’s not the constant rumble that keeps you up all night. The WiFi actually works (crucial when you’re trying to sort out connecting flights), and the shower pressure is solid. I stayed here during one of those monsoon weeks in July, and while other places in the area were dealing with flooding issues, this property seemed to handle the weather just fine. The staff genuinely knows their stuff about flight schedules and transportation options, which is incredibly helpful when you’re dealing with the chaos that is Manila’s airport system. Sure, it’s not a destination hotel where you’ll spend your whole vacation, but for what it is – a smart, well-run airport property – it delivers way beyond what that 8.8 rating suggests. If you’re flying through NAIA3 and want something reliable without the headache of downtown Manila traffic, this is honestly your best bet.

We had a very comfortable overnight stay. If going back to Philippines again will definitely book this unit!!! – Juvy from Australia – July 13, 2025 (10/10)
Its a nice, cute, tidy and very well maintained condo unit. Very responsive.
What could be improved: They should change the advert of the single bed to day bed to avoid confusion. Otherwise all good.Excellent stay – Rommel from United Arab Emirates – July 4, 2025 (10/10)
Great location and so clean.
Very Good – Nona from Austria – July 1, 2025 (8/10)
Location is not hard to find, short walking distance from runway manila. A lot of stores and restaurants around the area and Newport mall is also near.
Checking in the building went smoothly,. Self check in worked well for me.
Place is very clean, comfortable bed.
The property was friendly and easy to communicate with.Feels like home – Daphne from United Arab Emirates – June 21, 2025 (10/10)
There's a reason why I always choose to book this unit whenever we fly in and out of the Philippines— it's location is prime, really walkable distance to NAIA, the unit is well-maintained and in immaculate condition, which by the way makes the deal. The small details make the stay extra comfy like available slippers, a functioning kitchen, a washer, enough toiletries, clean linens and towels, and comfy bed! Despite it being close to the roads, we had a very restful night.
What could be improved: –Great location, spacious and clean – Paulin from Philippines – June 19, 2025 (10/10)
Great location.
Well furnished and clean.
The price is justified.
Grab are allowed inside for drop-off.
Hassle free check in.
What could be improved: You have to walk ti the gate for grab pick-up.Close to the airport! – Sherry from United Kingdom – June 8, 2025 (8/10)
Very clean, spacious and organised! The property is close to the NAIA terminal 3 ramp – so a few minutes walk to the airport. Great for an overnight stay! There were toiletries provided and also wifi. Good one for the laundry machine. There were slippers provided. There is a balcony if that’s your thing. If youre taking Grab taxi – the guards will not let you in the building so be prepared to drop at the gate and then carry your bags inside the premises, but only for a short walk. The check in is seamless and the room is keyless with use of numberpad. Kitchen tools and dining sets are also available. There is a beautiful church nearby when you want to attend the service.
What could be improved: Only downside would be the noise from the motorway. It woke me up a couple of times despite my noise cancelling headphones. The room is not soundproof from such and I think that’s just common for many buildings in Manila. Also the blinds for the room is a bit thin and can get easily bright in the early morning. There is no luggage storage so you cant leave your baggage in the building. Bring your own drinking water as the water in the water jug provided is very old.Perfect – Nadeem from United Kingdom – May 30, 2025 (10/10)
Every thing
What could be improved: Taxis are not allowed by the reception entrance making it difficult to carry luggageVery clean and comfy condo – Linda from France – May 29, 2025 (10/10)
5 min walk from the airport
Self checkin quite practical as I have arrived at night
AC working great
Very very clean appartment
The bed was comfy
What could be improved: Nothing, everything was perfect
