I’ll be honest – when I first heard about Uptown Parksuites Apartments Tower 2 BGC by PH Staycation, the name alone made me think it was going to be one of those generic corporate housing situations. But honestly? This place surprised me in all the right ways once I actually stayed there.

The location on 8th Avenue puts you right in the thick of BGC’s energy without being directly on the main drags where you’d get all the traffic noise. I mean, you’re still in Taguig so there’s always some urban hum, but the apartment-style setup means you get proper windows and actual space to breathe – something you don’t always get with traditional hotels in this area. What really struck me was how this four-star property manages to feel more like a temporary home than a sterile hotel room. The units I’ve seen have full kitchens, which honestly saves you a fortune when you’re staying more than a few nights, and the living areas are spacious enough that you’re not climbing over your luggage to get anywhere.

You know what I really appreciated? The building itself feels solid and well-maintained – none of that “new construction still settling” vibe you get at some places around BGC. The elevators actually work efficiently (trust me, this matters when you’re on a higher floor), and the staff genuinely seems to know what they’re doing rather than just going through the motions. I’ve stayed during both weekdays and weekends, and the atmosphere shifts nicely – quieter during business days when most guests are out working, but it picks up with a more relaxed energy on weekends when people are actually hanging around the common areas. The whole PH Staycation management thing works well too – they’re responsive when you need something but not hovering around making you feel watched. Parking can get tight during peak times, so if you’re driving, I’d suggest checking on that when you book. The neighborhood really comes alive in the evenings, and you’re close enough to walk to some solid dining options without having to deal with the crazy crowds you get closer to the main BGC strip. Actually, that’s probably my favorite thing about this spot – you get all the benefits of being in Bonifacio Global City without feeling like you’re stuck in the middle of a business district theme park.

  I like the location with proximity to different malls.
  The unit was nice and clean. Drinking water is provided.
  
  What could be improved: There's no Netflix. The body wash dispenser was not dispensing properly. It's a bit inconvenient If you have luggage and have to stay in the Tower 2 coz you need to go first through Tower 1. It will be good if there's also a proper drop off in Tower 2.

  The communication with the property manager from the time of booming to check out was so easy. All requests/questions were responded promptly. I was quite surprised with the apartment amenities. The kitchen was a great set up. My Mum and I walked to restaurants and the mall and we love that it is in a safe area even late at night.

  What could be improved: Oh the down part was that we were not able to use the swimming pool because they prioritize their tenants/owners. We went there to celebrate the new year, holidays and weekends are off limit for guests and come January 2 which is regular day,there was a unexpected sanitation. So yeah,but so far we enjoyed the unit itself 🙂.
