You know what really sold me though? The apartment felt like someone’s actual home, not a corporate housing unit. The kitchen was properly equipped (I’m talking real plates, not paper ones), and the living space had enough room to spread out after long days exploring the city.

What surprised me most was how quiet it gets at night – and this is coming from someone who’s stayed in “luxury” hotels along EDSA where the sound insulation is basically nonexistent. The Gramercy building has thick walls, and being in a more residential area means you’re not dealing with the constant hum of nightlife that you get closer to Poblacion. The WiFi actually worked consistently (a minor miracle in Manila), and the aircon was powerful enough to handle the humidity without sounding like a jet engine. I will say the elevator situation can get a bit slow during rush hours since you’re sharing with actual residents, but honestly, that just adds to the authentic living experience. The security was tight too – maybe almost too tight if you’re the type who forgets your ID, but I appreciated feeling safe coming back late from dinners in Legaspi Village. For the price point and the space you get, especially compared to cramped hotel rooms in Makati’s business district, this place makes a lot of sense if you want to feel less like a tourist and more like a temporary local.

  What could be improved: Wir bekamen ein anderes Zimmer als in der Beschreibung statt im 42. nur im 32. Stock. Das Zimmer war schmutzig, Schimmel im Bad und es waren Ungeziefer darin. Ich würde es definitiv nicht empfehlen!

  The entire place was clean and spacious. The view from the 42nd floor was amazing, great way to relax after a long day. There are nearby stores and restaurants.

  The unit was so clean and has a nice view, really like the infinity pool.
  
  What could be improved: I was hoping for a hair blower which is very common, so it was hassle for me to dry my hair😊 and also there's no utensils ( spoon/fork ) inside the unit. But overall unit is almost perfect, will definitely recommend and visit again.
