  I like the room. It was clean. Air conditioner is good.
  
  What could be improved: My husband booked a room at Tower 4 level 15 as I have a fear of heights (This is the best we can find as mostly are higher). Just for a little background, I was at the 31st floor before when an earthquake happened and I have to use stairs going down while being so afraid.
  
  On the day of the check in, I was shocked to know that I was transferred to Tower 2 level 36. The explanation was given by the host when I called them (no explanation given prior to giving me the new room). I didn't have a choice but to take the room even if it was uncomfortable for me. I couldn't sleep good. I was always fearful going up and down using the elevator.
