I’ll be honest – when I first pulled up to Bloom Residences Condo 2Br on Sucat Road, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect from a condo-style accommodation. But you know what? Sometimes these residential setups turn out to be exactly what you need, especially when you’re planning a longer stay in Manila or just want more space to spread out than your typical hotel room offers.

The thing about this four-star place is that it really does feel like you’re staying in someone’s actual home rather than a sterile hotel environment. The two-bedroom setup is genuinely spacious – I mean, you’ve got a proper living area where you can actually relax without sitting on your bed, plus a kitchen that’s functional enough if you want to grab groceries from one of the nearby markets and cook something simple. The Paranaque location is actually pretty smart if you think about it; you’re close enough to the airport that you’re not dealing with the nightmare traffic of central Manila, but you’re still connected to everything you need. Sucat Road itself gets busy during rush hours, but honestly, what street in Metro Manila doesn’t?

What impressed me most was how quiet it manages to stay inside despite being on a main road – the windows do their job, and I actually slept better here than I have at some of the fancier hotels in Makati where you get street noise all night long. The building itself feels secure, which matters when you’re in an unfamiliar area, and the staff genuinely seem to care about making sure everything works properly. I had a minor issue with the air conditioning remote on my first night, and they had someone up to fix it within twenty minutes – no runaround, no “we’ll get to it tomorrow.” The internet actually works reliably too, which is more than I can say for some places I’ve stayed. If you’re working remotely or just need to stay connected, you won’t be frustrated here. The whole setup makes sense for families or small groups who want to have their own space but still want the backup of hotel-style service when something goes wrong. Plus, having a washing machine in the unit is honestly a game-changer if you’re staying more than a few days – you know how quickly laundry piles up when you’re traveling.

  The apartment has everything you need whether you’re staying for a few days or a longer trip. Appliances are modern, easy to use, and all worked great. Wi-Fi was strong the whole time. The space is on the smaller side, but it worked perfectly for us as a couple with a child.
  
  The host was super responsive and helpful, which made the stay hassle-free. Even though the condo is still under construction, it’s quiet and clean. The staff around the condo are also really friendly.
  
  What could be improved: The condo area isn’t fully finished yet—they’re still building more towers, and there’s no convenience store inside for now. Walking out of the condo by foot takes a little while, so it’s better if you have a car or use a ride-hailing app.
  
  Some amenities aren’t free or aren’t ready yet. For example, the swimming pool costs 150 PHP per person, and the kids’ pool and playground are still under construction.

  We had a really pleasant stay! The unit had great amenities—everything was clean, comfortable, and well thought out. The owner was super easy to talk to and very responsive, which made the whole experience hassle-free. The location was also a big plus—easy to find and conveniently close to the mall and SLEX. We especially enjoyed the lovely view from the unit. Overall, it was definitely worth the price. Would gladly book again!
