175 Sqm Luxurious Modern 3 Bedrooms Facing Manila Bay Sunset, Airports, Okada, Solaire, MOA Overview
Honestly, when I first saw the name 175 Sqm Luxurious Modern 3 Bedrooms Facing Manila Bay Sunset, Airports, Okada, Solaire, MOA, I thought someone got a little carried away with the listing title – but you know what, they weren’t kidding about any of it. This four-star apartment in the Bayshore Residential Resort complex is actually one of those rare finds where the photos don’t oversell the reality.
The space itself is genuinely impressive – 175 square meters means you’re not bumping into your travel companions every five minutes, which is refreshing after staying in those cramped hotel rooms around Manila. The three bedrooms are properly sized, not those shoe-box spaces you sometimes get, and the modern furnishings actually look like someone with decent taste picked them out rather than ordering everything from a hotel supply catalog. But here’s the thing that really sold me on this place: those bay views are absolutely spectacular, especially if you time it right for sunset. I mean, Manila Bay sunsets are legendary for a reason, and watching them from your own living room with a coffee in hand – well, it beats fighting crowds at Roxas Boulevard.
What I really appreciate about staying here is how it puts you right in the sweet spot for everything you’d want to do. Okada and Solaire are basically next door, so if you’re into the casino scene or just want to check out their restaurants (the buffet at Okada is ridiculous, by the way), you’re talking about a quick ride. MOA – that’s Mall of Asia for anyone not familiar – is close enough that you can actually walk there if you don’t mind a bit of a stroll, though honestly, with Manila’s heat and humidity, I’d usually just grab a taxi. The airport proximity is genuinely convenient too, not just marketing speak – you’re looking at maybe 20-30 minutes depending on traffic, which in Manila terms is practically next door. I’ve stayed in places that claimed to be “airport convenient” and then spent an hour crawling through EDSA traffic, so this location actually delivers. The Bayshore complex itself feels pretty secure and well-maintained, with that resort-style setup that gives you some breathing room from the city chaos. Check-in was straightforward, parking wasn’t a nightmare (always a concern in Manila), and the building management seems to have their act together. It’s not perfect – you’ll still hear some city noise, and the elevators can be slow during peak times – but for a base to explore Manila while having proper space to spread out, it really works.
Hotels in Manila offer visitors the opportunity to stay in the heart of this cultural capital, with easy access to colonial landmarks, vibrant nightlife, and renowned Manila Bay waterfront.

Reviews of 175 Sqm Luxurious Modern 3 Bedrooms Facing Manila Bay Sunset, Airports, Okada, Solaire, MOA
It would have been 10/10 if we got the Unit A – Haidee from United States – September 4, 2025 (8/10)
Location and cleanliness
What could be improved: We booked for the view of the Manila Bay, but we got the Unit C with the view of the neighbor buidling under construction. We kept asking for the Unit that was advertised in Booking . com but we never got transferred. Make sure you get the room you're booking. Not really happy.Location is strategic to Okada, Solaire and MOA and lovely and spacious unit – Kathleen from Philippines – September 4, 2025 (9/10)
The view was amazing at sunset, we loved the balconies, and the unit was very spacious, clean, and dog-friendly. I wish I lived there.
What could be improved: No bidets, the toilet seat in the master's bedroom was no longer in place and kept moving, and the metal towel rack got easily detached and landed on my foot. Ouch! We also got lost for a bit as instructions were not crystal clear but eventually, once we got to know the kind and accommodating caretaker, communication became a whole lot easier. We enjoyed our stay – Rhoda from United Kingdom – August 26, 2025 (9/10)

Great location, near the airport ,right by the bay, Spaciousness
What could be improved: Not enough cups for the occupants. There is an ironing board but no iron. The window seals are a little dusty. No clothes hangers on the closet . There is a leak of water from the window seal at the master’s bedroom . The screw of the toilet seat on the master’s bathroom doesn’t hold the plastic seat properly.Good – Levi from United States – July 6, 2025 (7/10)

Overall, it was a pleasant experience with a few areas for improvement. – Marygrace from United States – May 27, 2025 (8/10)
What could be improved: I had a wonderful stay at Gordon’s place and have nothing but good things to say about him and his staff—they were warm, responsive, and very accommodating. The house is beautiful, spacious, and located in a great area. It was clean and well-maintained but one of the rooms smell musty similar to damp clothes left in an enclosed space. We had to spray cologne to mask the smell.
That said, the place is advertised as luxurious, and while the design and setting reflect that, I expected the amenities to match the same level of quality. We were a party of 7, but there were not enough utensils for everyone. There were no kitchen knives available—only a cleaver—which made meal prep difficult. Only one coffee cup was provided, which was also inconvenient. A used kitchen sponge was left for dishwashing, which felt unsanitary—a fresh one for each new guest would be much better. Additionally, there were no basic cleaning supplies (like a mop or broom) readily available in the unit—we had to call and request them.Very Good – Vaipalolo from United States – May 11, 2025 (8/10)
Will definitely stay here again!
