Honestly, when I first heard about Juno’s tucked away in one of those SMDC towers in Quezon City, I wasn’t sure what to expect – I mean, a hotel inside a residential building? But you know what, it actually works really well. The whole setup is pretty clever, especially if you’re looking for that four-star experience without the typical hotel crowds and lobby chaos.

What struck me right away was how quiet everything is once you’re up there on the 35th floor. The elevator ride feels like forever (there’s that moment where you wonder if you’re going to the right place), but then you step out and it’s this surprisingly polished space that doesn’t feel like you’re in someone’s condo building. The staff clearly know what they’re doing – check-in was smooth, no awkward moments trying to figure out where to go. I’ve stayed in a few places around Metro Manila, and honestly, the whole residential tower thing gives you these amazing city views that traditional hotels in the area just can’t match. You can actually see way out toward the mountains on clear days, which is pretty rare for this part of the city.

The rooms are what you’d expect from a solid four-star spot, but with a bit more personality than your typical business hotel. Everything feels fresh and well-maintained – none of that tired furniture you sometimes get in places that have been around too long. What I really appreciated was how well they’ve managed the noise situation; even though you’re in the middle of one of the busiest parts of Quezon City, you really don’t hear much of the street chaos once you’re settled in. The air conditioning actually works properly (which, let’s be honest, isn’t always a given), and the WiFi held up fine for video calls, though I’d probably still use the lobby area for anything really important. Parking was straightforward enough, though you’ll want to ask about the tower’s system if you’re driving – it’s one of those places where knowing the right entrance saves you ten minutes of circling around. The location puts you pretty close to the main shopping areas without being right in the thick of all the traffic, which worked out perfectly for getting around during the day and then having somewhere peaceful to come back to. I’d definitely consider staying here again, especially if I needed to be in this part of the metro for a few days.
