2BR Solana Suite near MOA PICC NAIA Overview
First Impressions
When I first pulled up to 2BR Solana Suite near MOA PICC NAIA, I’ll be honest — the name pretty much tells you everything you need to know about why people book this place. It’s all about location, location, location. This four-star property sits right on Roxas Boulevard, and you know what? That’s actually a huge advantage when you’re trying to juggle multiple stops around Manila. The building itself has that modern residential feel, which makes sense since you’re essentially staying in a proper apartment rather than a traditional hotel room.
The Space
The two-bedroom setup really works well — I mean, you’ve got actual space to spread out, which is something you don’t always get in Manila accommodations. The kitchen is fully equipped, and honestly, that’s been a game-changer for longer stays or when you just want to grab groceries from one of the nearby malls instead of eating out every meal. Each bedroom feels properly sized, not like those cramped hotel rooms where you’re bumping into furniture. The living area gives you room to actually relax, and the whole place has floor-to-ceiling windows that let in plenty of natural light.
Strategic Location
Here’s where this place really shines — you’re literally minutes from everything that matters. Mall of Asia is so close you could walk there if you wanted to (though honestly, in Manila heat, you’ll probably grab a taxi). The PICC is right there when you need it for business, and getting to NAIA airport? We’re talking about a 15-20 minute ride depending on traffic, which in Manila terms is practically next door. Roxas Boulevard also means you’re along the bay area, so there’s actually some decent scenery and evening walks if that’s your thing.
Practical Perks
The private parking situation is honestly worth mentioning because if you’ve ever tried to find parking around this part of Manila, you know it’s not always straightforward. Having your own spot takes one headache completely off the table. The building has decent security, and the elevators are reliable — small things, but they matter when you’re staying somewhere for more than just a night or two. The WiFi actually works well throughout the space, which isn’t always a given in Manila accommodations.
Why Guests Love It
What I’ve noticed is that couples really seem to appreciate this place, and I get why. You’ve got the privacy and space of your own place, but with the convenience of being right in the middle of everything. It’s that sweet spot where you can have a romantic dinner at MOA, catch a flight early the next morning, or handle business at PICC without feeling like you’re constantly traveling across the city. The 7.3 rating makes sense — it’s not trying to be the fanciest place in Manila, but it delivers exactly what it promises. For the price point and location, you’re getting solid value and the kind of practical setup that just makes a Manila stay easier.
Hotels in Manila rise above Makati finance towers, boutique streets in Poblacion, and bayside promenades in Roxas Boulevard.

Reviews of 2BR Solana Suite near MOA PICC NAIA
not satisfied at all – Jennifer from Norway – July 13, 2025 (3/10)
What could be improved: The rooms are so small, the sofa is overused and not comfortable to sit anymore, the ekstra bed that is under the single bed shown on the picture is damaged and not good to sleep on, the toilet is really dirty when we checked in, in short the apartment is not good for a family room for a vacation
Wonderful – Anonymous from United States – July 6, 2025 (9/10)
Super love the place – Margie from Philippines – December 3, 2024 (10/10)
