2br Unit at Asmara-near St Luke’s Overview
When I first pulled up to the 2br Unit at Asmara-near St Luke’s, I’ll be honest – I wasn’t sure what to expect from a residential tower setup. But this four-star spot in the Suntrust complex actually surprised me in the best way. You know how some apartment-style accommodations feel like someone just stuck hotel furniture in a random unit? This isn’t that at all.
The location along E. Rodriguez Sr. Avenue is honestly perfect if you need to be near St. Luke’s Medical Center – I mean, it’s literally a few minutes away, which is exactly why most people end up here. But what I didn’t expect was how well-connected this area of Quezon City actually is. You’ve got decent food options within walking distance, and getting to other parts of Metro Manila isn’t the nightmare I thought it would be. The building itself has that modern Filipino residential vibe – clean, secure, with parking that doesn’t make you want to cry (trust me, that matters here).
What really sold me on this place was the actual unit setup. It’s a proper two-bedroom that feels like someone’s well-appointed apartment, not a sterile hotel room. The kitchen is functional enough that you could actually cook if you wanted to, which is great because sometimes you just want to grab groceries from the nearby SM and make your own breakfast. The living area has enough space to spread out, and honestly, after cramped hotel rooms, that breathing room hits different. The building’s amenities are solid too – the pool area is nothing fancy but it’s clean and rarely crowded during weekdays. Air conditioning works well, which in Manila heat is basically non-negotiable, and the wifi held up even when I was video calling back home. I did notice some street noise in the mornings, but nothing a decent pair of earplugs couldn’t handle. The staff at the building are genuinely helpful – they remember your face after a day or two and actually seem to care about sorting out any issues quickly. For the price point and that 8.2 rating, it makes total sense. You’re getting way more space than a traditional hotel, you’re close to medical facilities if that’s why you’re in the area, and you’re still connected enough to explore the rest of what Quezon City has to offer.

Wonderful – Joy from Philippines – August 11, 2025 (9/10)
Spacious unit, neat and tidy, comfy beds with extra foam. We loved the coffee table that converts into a working table. The location is good as it's surrounded by restaurants and grocery stores. Also convenient in terms of transportation since it's along E. Rodriguez.
The balcony gave me a nice view to watch the sunrise.
We got hygiene kits and complimentary water, coffee and biscuits.
What you see is what you get.
Kuya Chris is patient and welcoming.
Keep it up.

My parents were the one that stayed here for their Dr's appointment in St Lukes. Everything went well except at the end of their stay where the care taker did not give them the deposit back lol for no apparent reason and the guard at the building told my mom and dad she usually does that. Anyway hope it helps her live. It was just 20$ and we could have just gave her that without the dishonesty.
What could be improved: Nothing.Generally good and want to book it again next time . . . – Wcxtreme from Philippines – March 29, 2024 (9/10)
