One Palm Tree Villas Condo Across NAIA Terminal 3 Overview

First Impressions

Honestly, when I first heard about One Palm Tree Villas Condo Across NAIA Terminal 3, I thought it might be just another airport hotel — you know, the kind of place you crash for a night between flights. But this four-star property actually surprised me in the best way possible. The moment you walk in, it feels more like a residential complex than a typical hotel, which makes sense given the condo-style setup. There’s something refreshing about having actual space to breathe, especially after being cramped in airplane seats.

Location That Actually Works

The location is honestly brilliant if you’re flying through NAIA Terminal 3 — I mean, it’s literally across the street, which couples seem to love (they rate it 8.9, and I get why). But here’s what surprised me: Pasay itself has more going on than you’d expect. You’re close enough to Manila’s action without being stuck in the chaos, and there’s decent restaurant options within walking distance. The Resort Drive address might sound fancy, but it’s really just a practical spot that works well for both business travelers and people exploring the metro area.

The Condo Experience

What sets this place apart is the apartment-style accommodations — you get way more space than a standard hotel room. Each unit comes with a proper kitchen, which is actually useful if you’re staying more than a night or two. I found myself making coffee in the morning instead of hunting for overpriced hotel coffee, and honestly, it felt more like staying at a friend’s place than a hotel. The furnishings are modern without being sterile, and there’s enough storage space that you can actually unpack your suitcase properly.

Practical Perks

The parking situation is straightforward, which matters more than you’d think in this part of Manila — finding a spot can be a real headache elsewhere. The staff knows their stuff about flight schedules and can help coordinate airport transfers, though walking is totally doable if you’re not hauling massive luggage. There’s also a decent fitness area and pool that guests actually use (not just for Instagram photos). The Wi-Fi works reliably throughout the property, which I can’t say for every place I’ve stayed in the Philippines.

Why Guests Love It

Recent guests rate the location 9.2, and after staying here, I understand the enthusiasm. It’s that sweet spot where you’re close to everything you need without paying premium prices for being in the heart of Manila. The condo setup means you can live normally — cook a meal, spread out your work, have friends over — instead of feeling like you’re camping out in a hotel box. Plus, the value is solid for what you get: space, location, and amenities that actually enhance your stay rather than just existing on a marketing brochure.

  • GREAT PLACE TO STAY IF YOU ARE TO CONTINUE YOUR FLIGHTS OUT OF MANILA 🙂 – Christopher from United Kingdom – April 14, 2025 (8/10)

I ONLY HAD POSSIBLY 3/4 HOURS TO SPEND AT ONE PALM TREE VILLAS. I ARRIVED LATE INTO MANILA AND HAD A VERY EARLY FLIGHT THE NEXT MORNING 🙁
I WOULD HAVE RATED MY STAY 10/10 BUT GAVE IT 8/10 BECAUSE I WAS JUST SO RUSHED TO CONTINUE WITH MY JOURNEY.
THE LOCATION IS EXCELLENT FOR WALKING OUT OF TERMINAL 3 AND THERE IS A CLASSY SHOPPING MALL FOR AN ATM ETC (SHOPPING TOO, IF THAT IS YOUR DESIRE).
THE ROOM WAS OF A HIGH QUALITY AND SPOTLESS AND I WISH I HAD HAD LONGER TO ENJOY IT 🙂

  • PErfect for a stay next to the airport – Brendan from United Kingdom – March 31, 2025 (10/10)

I arrived late at night and left early in the morning. It was a short Grab ride from T1 and in a nice area.

What could be improved: The pool was closed and this wasn't communicated before arrival
