  Ms. Ria, the host, thought of eveything her guests might need. From eggs in the fridge, a steam iron in the closet, an ice maker in the kitchen to multiple toilet paper rolls in the bathroom. The cleanliness was pristine and the decor, kitchenware and appliances were superb. Better than most serviced apartments I've tried. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

  Location was excellent. We stayed overnight for a group hangout and planned activities within the Greenhills district. The condominium unit is located in the heart of it, so it was very easy for us to get to the places we wanted to go. There are plenty of convenience stores nearby as well.
  
  The caretaker was waiting to meet us to hand over the keys, and it appears the other staff were also familiar with the routine as we had no issues at all going in or out.
  
  The unit is extremely spacious, so we were all very comfortable. Each bedroom can comfortably accommodate the maximum number of people as stated in the listing. There is running hot water and most amenities are also provided.
