Walking into the lobby, I actually felt like I’d stepped into one of those sleek condominiums you see in lifestyle magazines rather than a typical hotel. This four-star property sits right in the heart of McKinley Hill, and honestly, the location couldn’t be better if you’re trying to avoid the chaos of central Manila while still having everything at your fingertips.

The residences – because that’s really what they feel like – have this interesting setup where you get apartment-style living with hotel services. I mean, my room had a proper kitchenette with a full-sized fridge, which was amazing for storing those late-night convenience store hauls from the 7-Eleven downstairs. The Venice-themed decor throughout the building is actually pretty tasteful, not overdone like some places that go heavy on themes. What really impressed me was how quiet everything stayed, even on weekends when McKinley Hill gets busy with the BGC crowd spilling over. The soundproofing between units is solid – I never heard neighbors, which is honestly rare in this price range around the metro.

Being right on McKinley Hill Drive means you’re walking distance to Venice Grand Canal Mall (yeah, more Venice theming, but the restaurants there are legit), and it’s maybe a five-minute Grab ride to get into the main BGC area when you want the full Bonifacio Global City experience. The staff here gets that most guests are either long-term business travelers or families doing extended stays, so they’re super accommodating about things like laundry service timing and restaurant recommendations. Parking was never an issue when I visited, which is actually a big deal in this area – the building has its own slots and they’re not charging crazy rates like some of the hotels closer to the financial district. With a 9.1 rating from other guests, it’s clear I’m not the only one who appreciates how this place manages to feel both upscale and genuinely comfortable without trying too hard.

  Overall, we liked the area , it's just next door to the Venice grand canal , , quiet and the unit is very cozy and homey , clean and we would like to stay here again . The host was excellent, she's reachable and very friendly/ helpful .

  Location is top notch, we're literally few steps to the Grand Canal. The view from the balcony is great, wonderful place to relax during your lazy evenings. Room is great size, have everything we needed, clean and staffs are friendly. We feel comfortable and secure, I leave valuables in the room and not worry about it unlike other places we've stayed.
  
  What could be improved: There is nothing to dislike except 2 suggestions have a couple of teabags or coffee in the room for the guest. Its always nice to have something to drink when you're settling in.
  A signage within the vicinity showing where the building entrance is, on both times we are being picked up our transport has to go around 2X to find the building entrance. 😩

  The location is conveniently near the mall and other establishments. The amenities are complete, and although we haven't tried the pool. The check-in procedure was smooth, and the owner was very approachable and helpful when we had concerns about the television. The room is clean, and the wifi is strong. It would be even better if more hangers were provided, but overall, we enjoyed our stay. 👌🫶

  What could be improved: This is my personal preference: The toilet flush wasn’t strong enough. The restroom light I would have preferred it to be brighter. And a washing machine would make my stay alot easier for laundry.
