I’ll be honest – when I first heard the name 3BR Resort Style Condo, I was a bit skeptical. I mean, how “resort style” can a condo really be, right? But after spending a few days here in San Pedro, I’ve got to say this four-star property actually delivers on that promise in ways I wasn’t expecting.

The location is what really sold me on this place. You’re tucked away in Parañaque but close enough to everything that matters – and I mean actually close, not that fake “convenient to everything” marketing speak. The complex sits in this quiet residential area where you can actually sleep at night (trust me, that’s not always a given around Manila), but you’re still just a quick ride to the airport or into the city center. There’s something really nice about coming back here after a crazy day exploring – it feels like you’re stepping into this calm bubble. The three-bedroom setup is perfect if you’re traveling with family or friends, and honestly, the space feels more like a proper apartment than a hotel room. The kitchen is fully equipped, which saved me a fortune on dining out, and the living area is spacious enough that everyone can spread out without getting on each other’s nerves.

What really impressed me was how they’ve managed to create that resort vibe without being over the top about it. The pool area feels genuinely relaxing – not too crowded, decent size, and they keep it clean. You know what I loved? The little details like having enough lounge chairs (revolutionary concept, I know) and decent WiFi that actually reaches the pool area. The staff here really knows their stuff too – they’re locals who can point you toward the good restaurants nearby, not just the touristy ones. There’s this great little Filipino breakfast place about two blocks away that I never would have found without their recommendation. The condo itself has everything you need – decent air conditioning that doesn’t sound like a helicopter, a washing machine (lifesaver for longer stays), and balconies with views that aren’t terrible. Sure, you’re not overlooking pristine beaches or anything, but there’s something pleasant about watching the neighborhood come to life in the mornings. Parking was never an issue, which anyone who’s driven around Metro Manila will appreciate. The only minor thing is that the elevators can be a bit slow during peak hours, but honestly, that’s pretty standard for buildings like this. With a 7.8 rating, it sits right in that sweet spot where you’re getting solid value without paying resort prices – and after staying here, I can see why other travelers keep coming back.
