The location is honestly pretty brilliant – you’re technically in Mandaluyong, but you’re so close to everything that matters in Manila. I mean, you can practically walk to some decent shopping areas, and getting into Makati or BGC isn’t the nightmare commute you might expect. What I really appreciated was how quiet it stays despite being so central. The building itself has this sort of upscale condo feel to it, which makes sense given the “residences” part of the name. The rooms are spacious – actually spacious, not just hotel-brochure spacious – with proper living areas that don’t feel cramped. You get these floor-to-ceiling windows that give you some pretty decent city views, especially if you’re on one of the higher floors.

  I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the wonderful experience I had during my recent stay at your hotel from aug 1 to aug 2. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the staff and owner very friendly and accomodating.
  The room was clean and big and provided a comfortable and relaxing environment. I particularly enjoyed the lake view, gym and swimming pool The hotel's location was also ideal for my needs, offering easy access to mall and restaurants].
  The staff were consistently friendly. They were always willing to assist with any requests and contributed significantly to making my stay so enjoyable. For example giving water and new towels
  I would also like to commend the hotel on pool and gym was exceptional, and the owner give us lower price with a lot of offer, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay. I look forward to returning in the future.

  The property is luxurious enough and comfortable. The river view is incomparable, I quite enjoyed it especially at 29th floor. The restaurant had good food, good service, and friendly staff. The gym was well equipped and clean for a hotel that size. It was a very short walk towards PowerPlant Mall. Overall, I highly recommend for folks to stay in this property.

  What could be improved: It’s an air bnb , and we didn’t know. When we came to the hotel lobby they didn’t see our reservation and we needed to contend with the owner . We wait for an hour to check in and it was bad.

  Great location , beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

  This is the place to stay if you want a real feel for the warmth & charm of Rome & its people instead of a cold impersonal hotel. The owners & staff make you feel like part of their family and give wonderful support in every need of your visit ex. tours.& transportation. They speak very good English and their coffee and kitchen are excellent and will accommodate any request if possible. We stayed at 3 hotels in manila and this one was our favorite for its peaceful and gracious atmosphere with the city view. Highly recommended.
