What surprised me most was how this four-star place manages to feel more like a proper residence than a hotel. The units are genuinely spacious – I mean, you’ve got a full kitchen, separate living area, the works. I actually cooked breakfast there using ingredients from the SM mall nearby, which felt oddly normal after weeks of hotel continental breakfasts. The staff is this perfect mix of professional and relaxed, and they seem to remember guests even after months away. The building itself has that modern Filipino aesthetic going on – clean lines, lots of natural light, none of that overdone gold-and-marble thing you see in some Manila hotels. You know what really sold me though? The internet actually works. Like, properly works for video calls and everything, which honestly can’t be said for every place in the metro.

The area’s got this interesting vibe – it’s not touristy at all, so you get a real sense of how people actually live in Manila. There are these great little restaurants within walking distance that serve proper Filipino comfort food (try the sisig place two blocks down), and the mall access means you can grab anything you forgot to pack. Parking is straightforward, which anyone who’s driven in Manila will tell you is basically a miracle. The pool area’s nothing spectacular, but it’s clean and usually quiet during weekdays. I’d say the only downside is that it’s not exactly scenic – you’re looking at urban Manila, not Manila Bay sunsets – but that’s the trade-off for being practical about airport access and actually affordable compared to the Makati hotels. If you’re looking for a place that works rather than impresses, especially for longer stays or if you need to be near the airport without feeling like you’re stuck in airport hotel limbo, this place just makes sense.

  Me and my family had an excellent stay at this apartment! The place was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. What really made the experience outstanding was the 24-hour support from the owner Aileen. She was incredibly helpful and responsive at any time of the day, making sure we had everything we needed and we feel comfortable throughout our stay.

  What could be improved: Farther than expected from the airport but then it's in Manila,a 2 miles distance can take you 10 minutes – 1 hour depending the time of travel but still worth it.
