Ardenhills Suites Overview
I’ll be honest – when I first pulled up to Ardenhills Suites on Scout Albano Avenue, I wasn’t expecting much. The street itself is one of those quieter corners of Quezon City that you might miss if you’re not paying attention, tucked away from the main thoroughfares but still surprisingly accessible. What caught my attention right away was how the lobby felt – there’s this warm, residential vibe that’s pretty different from your typical business hotel. The staff actually remembered my name by day two, which honestly doesn’t happen that often at larger properties.
The four-star rating here feels earned rather than inflated, you know? The suites themselves are genuinely spacious – I mean, you can actually spread out your stuff without feeling like you’re living out of a suitcase. The kitchenette was way more functional than I expected, with a proper-sized fridge and decent counter space. I ended up grabbing groceries from the nearby SM North EDSA (about a 10-minute ride) and actually cooked a few meals, which saved me from the usual hotel restaurant routine. The beds are solid too – firm enough that you’re not sinking into oblivion, but comfortable enough that I slept through the traffic noise from EDSA, which is saying something if you know how busy that avenue gets.
What really sold me on this place was the location’s sweet spot factor. You’re close enough to the major shopping areas and business districts that nothing feels like a trek, but far enough from the chaos that evenings are actually peaceful. The Trinoma mall is practically next door, and getting to BGC or Makati isn’t the nightmare commute it could be from other parts of the metro. Parking was never an issue either – they’ve got a decent garage setup, which anyone who’s driven in Manila will appreciate. The 8.9 rating makes sense when you add it all up; it’s not trying to be the fanciest place in town, but everything just works the way it should. The housekeeping is thorough, the Wi-Fi doesn’t drop every five minutes, and the air conditioning actually keeps the humidity at bay. For business travelers or families who want space to breathe without paying resort prices, this spot delivers on the practical stuff that actually matters when you’re staying somewhere for more than a night or two.

Clean and spacious
What could be improved: NoneIt was a great comfortable stay but Makati is safer to walk around if you can afford. – Mary from United States – August 19, 2025 (9/10)
It was the best hotel in Quezon with great rates. I loved their shower with rainfall with hand held and another sprout. We liked the delicious breakfast, hardwood flooring, big bed, hot tea and staff.
What could be improved: My son wanted to see the poorer area of Phillipines with great rates and exceptional reviews . He took the train into Makati to meet friend whereas I just stayed at the hotel. There were no tours that can pick us up from Quezon.Exceptional – Patdo from Philippines – August 15, 2025 (10/10)

Family Stay at ArdenHills – Weng717 from Philippines – August 2, 2025 (9/10)
Facilities are very clean and functioning well. The location is very accessible to any part of metro manila.
What could be improved: I didn't encounter this before but the room service is kinda taking so long. We requested towels, slippers and water but it took them 2hrs or more , which I didn't experience in my first and second stay.
The room where I was being assigned for the past 2 recent stays that I had were both located in front of the elevator which I don't like because I can loudly hear some of the people talking outside the room. I hope they put a sign in the elevator area to converse in a much lower tone or voice to give respect to people who are already resting from 9pm onwards.Very Good – Guðmundsson from Iceland – August 1, 2025 (8/10)
The staff was 10/10 just perfect wery helpfull every time 🙂
What could be improved: A lot of outside noise, from the street and Gas station next dore, alot of car noise (racing) all the time, not just in the day, in the evening and in the night (woke me up many times)

A great weekend family getaway – Jessi from Philippines – June 2, 2025 (10/10)
Spacious room. Relatively new facilities. New and clean. Kids playroom. Family friendly. Strawberry shortcake at Alabano's was value for money so we ordered two. Glad they accommodated our last minute request at the resto before they closed. The ramen resto near the hotel was superb.
What could be improved: Nothing much. Just really minor details. The dirty bubbles in the pool and how cold it was. The kids playroom was unkempt.Perfect for a family staycation – Anna from Philippines – May 26, 2025 (8/10)
We got a room with a large double bed, just perfect for our little family! It's super comfy and sheets are clean. Since we travel with a toddler, we got a free cot and was loved by our son. Also clean and comfy. It's Akeeva! ✨ Complete amenities inside the room. ++++ points too on their toiletries. We didn't bring any because we expected them, and no regrets! There's also drinking water that is refilled during room service.
Staff are 💯 attentive and friendly.
Breakfast buffet is good! 😋
Can request for needs like laundry bag and iron& board. 👌
Also, loved that they have pool, kid's play room, spa, and gym!
Lastly, the location is superb as there's a lot of resto, stores, and other establishment within the vicinity.
Perfect for a family staycation, indeed! ♥
What could be improved: None.
