  Die Lage und die Aussicht vom Balkon waren sehr gut, abends und nachts konnte man die Lichter von Quezon City sehr schön überblicken. Der direkte Zugang zur SM North Edsa über die Brücke ist sehr gut, so muss man nicht durch die engen Straßen und den Verkehr. I'm komplex befinden sich sehr viele Essensmöglichkeiten und Supermärkte, die fast alles bieten.
  
  What could be improved: Der einzige Punkt, der uns nicht so gut gefallen hat, war das etwas kleine Badezimmer und dessen Ausstattung, hatte auch schon bessere Tage gesehen.

  Place was good. It is as shown in the pictures and when we arrived it was clean. It is close to commercial establishments.
  
  What could be improved: The parking for non-residents is a bit bad. The pay parking is very limited and first-come-first-served basis. If parking is no longer available, you have to wait in your car until a spot is available, which can take the whole night (basically sleep in your car).

  What could be improved: Cockroaches… Cockroaches… cockroaches… it was filthy we had to buy cleaning supplies and clean it ourselves because when we brought it to the attention of the owner she blamed us. We contacted booking dot com and they said a refund would be processed in 10-15 days but they couldn’t say how much it would be … be warned this apartment is filthy and has cockroaches

  Our stay was brilliant here, the condo was very comfortable and clean with good facilities. The location is great and the host was very helpful if we had any questions. Will definitely stay here again when I return to manila.
