But after actually staying there on Florence Way in Taguig, I get why they went with the straightforward approach. This four-star place really does deliver on that promise, and sometimes the simplest descriptions are the most accurate.

The location is what really got me excited, though. You’re essentially in the heart of everything that matters in Manila‘s business district – I could literally walk to some of the best restaurants and shopping without dealing with the infamous traffic that everyone warns you about. The condo sits in Tower 2, and honestly, the view from the 20th floor is something else. Early mornings, you can watch the city wake up with your coffee, and evenings… well, let’s just say the sunset hits different when you’re up that high. The building itself feels solid and well-maintained, which isn’t always a given in this price range. I noticed the elevators actually work efficiently (you know how that can be a gamble), and the hallways don’t have that musty smell you sometimes get in older high-rises.

What struck me most was how it actually feels like a proper home base rather than just another hotel room. The space is generous – I could spread out my stuff without feeling cramped, and the kitchen setup meant I wasn’t stuck eating out for every single meal. The air conditioning works like a dream, which is absolutely crucial here, and the Wi-Fi was strong enough for video calls back home without those awkward freezing moments. You know what really impressed me though? The attention to detail in the furnishings. Everything feels intentional and comfortable, not like someone just grabbed whatever was cheapest. The bed is properly firm, the shower has decent water pressure, and there are enough outlets in sensible places – those little things that make you realize someone who actually travels had input on the setup. The building’s security is tight but not overbearing, and the staff genuinely seems to care about making sure you’re sorted. I’d definitely come back when I’m in town for business again.

  enjoyed our stay the place was very clean and everything was easy to find. when something came up the staff was very helpful truly appreciated.
  
  What could be improved: our final days the air units begin to leak water we did not report it because our stay there was close to end. also, the weather was nice that we really did not have to use it.
