The thing is, this four-star spot is actually part of the Fame Residences complex, so you’re essentially staying in a condo that’s been set up for travelers. Tower 1 sits back from the main road noise, which I appreciated since Manila can get pretty intense sound-wise, especially during rush hours. The unit I stayed in felt more like borrowing a friend’s apartment than checking into a hotel – there’s something oddly comforting about having a proper living room setup with that Netflix-ready TV they’re so proud of. I mean, after a day of navigating Manila’s traffic and heat, sometimes you just want to collapse and binge-watch something familiar, right?

What really won me over was the pool area – it’s not huge, but it’s clean and actually gets decent sunlight in the afternoons. The water’s kept cool, which is crucial when you’re dealing with Manila’s humidity. I noticed a lot of long-term guests treating it like their neighborhood pool, which gave the whole place this relaxed, residential vibe that you don’t usually find in tourist hotels. The building itself is well-maintained (those elevators actually work consistently, thank goodness), and the security is pretty tight without being intrusive. Parking was surprisingly manageable too, though I’d still recommend grabbing rides through the apps rather than driving yourself around the city – trust me on that one. The location puts you close enough to the business districts that you’re not spending your entire day in traffic, but far enough out that you get a break from the constant urban intensity. Check-in was smooth, though it does feel more like moving into a temporary apartment than the usual hotel routine, which honestly worked for me.

  What could be improved: What we booked was tower 1 but the host told us we're staying in tower 3. They did not disclose this up until we were about to checkin which actually caused delay as we had to wait for them to send us the paperwork required in order to checkin.
  Also, when we asked the host about the Netflix account, they just told us that we can use it if it works but if not there's nothing they can do. Its like they did not even bother move a muscle whether their guest is okay with this (which we are not). Afterall, this was included on the list of the amenities.
  Did we have a great stay? Yes.
  Are we coming back? Probably not.
  You lost us at comminucation. While its free and cheap, I don't think you can ever covince me to deal with you again.

  This was air b and b. The adress was wrong saying tower 1 when it was tower 3. Spent several hours trying to get things sorted with security. If you get taxi from airport it should not cost more than 500php The airport scammers will try and charge 5000php. The apartment was snug, comfortable, and clean. The shower was always cold, with no heat adjustment

  The location , the room was clean and the bed was big enough for me (tall person) and the bed and pillow were so comfy.
  Love it .The local is great like literally the mall is downstairs just imagine and the train station/subway is just across the street.

  Love the location, accessible to malls, parks, restaurants, groceries, etc. Also, I love the place, very comfortable. AC was cold, fridge working, heater also working. All is good.
  
  What could be improved: Probably if they can add more air freshener to the place. The place does NOT smell bad at all. It just adds more refreshing ambiance if you guys add like humidifier or air freshener. Thats all. But All is excellent.

  The smell of the room is very fresh and clean. Feels like we're the first guests to stay there. It is very near in the mall,groceries, and train stations.
  
  What could be improved: (This is only suggestion) The light in the kitchen is a bit dark. Also please put doormat on the comfort room and the main door.
