  The apartment was beautifully styled and very clean! The lobby area was beautiful, and all of the staff were extremely friendly, helpful and efficient. Sam (host) always replied to any messages or questions we had almost instantly and we felt so welcomed and well cared for.
  
  What could be improved: The only thing that was slightly difficult was finding the property on Google maps. If the address on the website was listed as ‘Shore 3 Tower 1’, I think it would be far easier to get to as the address didn’t show up on Grab when we searched for it. We still found it easily anyway, so no harm done 😊 Also a bit disappointed that the pool was out of action!

  I like how convenient it is. Everything was clean, comfy and fantastic. You can watch your favorite movie while chilling. They got everything that you need from the kitchen wares, toiletries, and bedroom. I love how you can choose your lights and adjust it to your preference. The customer service is superb, they reply to your inquiries in a matter of seconds, they're so flexible to guests' requests and very welcoming/polite/accommodating. I will surely book this place again to experience the peace it brings within. Feels like home. 🤍
