  The water filter, washing machine, Netflix in tv and its location near MOA Arena overall good facilities. Ms. Manolita was very nice and hands on, I really appreciated the stay I had, there was coffee and amenities were complete and it was comfortable. Will definitely book again if I need to be near the arena.
  
  What could be improved: For the first night I saw little cockroaches maybe because it was vacant irdk or the previous tenant had food I don’t know. But they were gone the next day.
