This place actually surprised me in the best way possible. Located inside the Morgan Suites Executive Residences on Florence Way, it’s got this perfect balance of being right in the thick of things without feeling overwhelming. BGC can be pretty intense with all the corporate hustle during weekdays, but once you’re inside this four-star spot, there’s this immediate sense of calm that hits you.

The “artsy” part of the name isn’t just marketing fluff – I mean, they’ve actually put thought into the design here. The studio has this modern, clean aesthetic with some really nice touches that make it feel more like a curated apartment than your typical hotel room. The space is compact but smart about it, which is crucial in this part of Taguig where every square meter counts. What I really appreciated was how they’ve managed to create distinct areas within the studio layout – there’s a proper workspace (essential if you’re here on business), a comfortable sleeping area, and a little kitchenette that’s actually functional. The bathroom is surprisingly spacious too, which honestly caught me off guard given the studio format.

Location-wise, you’re pretty much in the heart of everything that makes BGC appealing. High Street and all those restaurants are just a short walk away, and if you need to get to Makati or other parts of Metro Manila, the transport links are solid. I stayed here during a particularly busy week in the area, and while you can definitely hear the city buzz during the day, the soundproofing is decent enough that it doesn’t really interfere with sleep. The building itself feels secure and well-maintained – that executive residence vibe really comes through in the common areas and overall upkeep. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle during peak hours (as it is everywhere in BGC), but the building staff are pretty helpful about directing you to available spots. Check-in was smooth, and the rating of 8.1 makes sense to me – it’s not trying to be a luxury resort, but it delivers exactly what it promises with some nice surprises along the way. If you’re looking for a place that gives you the full BGC experience without the hefty price tag of some of the bigger hotels in the area, this studio setup is definitely worth considering.
