  Fantastic location, Grass Residences itself has great amenities and areas as well as its' own shops, restaurants, laundrettes etc plus SM North shopping mall is connected via a private walking bridge/pathway for guests and residents.
  
  The unit itself is clean, comfortable and is already set up with furnishings including a smart tv with Netflix etc and has its' own wifi connectivity.
  
  I would definitely recommend booking this place and I will be again myself in the future.
  
  What could be improved: The elevators are mega slow and often full when they arrive (probably due to the amount of floors….40+)….fortunately the unit is on the 9th floor so the stairwell is a quicker option at times.
