Condo Airport NAIA Terminal-3 One Palm Tree Villas Overview
First Impressions
When I first pulled up to Condo Airport NAIA Terminal-3 One Palm Tree Villas, I’ll be honest — the name is quite a mouthful, but the location immediately made sense. This four-star property sits right on Resort Drive in Pasay, and you can practically see the airport from here. What struck me wasn’t just the proximity to Terminal 3, but how they’ve managed to create this quiet, villa-style retreat despite being so close to one of the busiest airports in Southeast Asia. The parking situation is actually fantastic — private spots that you don’t have to worry about, which is honestly a relief in Manila.
The Condo Experience
The room I stayed in felt more like a temporary home than a hotel space, which makes sense given the condo setup. You get a proper living area, and the kitchen is fully equipped — I mean, you could actually cook a proper meal if you wanted to. The furnishings are modern without being sterile, and there’s this nice balance between functionality and comfort. What I appreciated most was the space; you’re not cramped like you might be in a traditional hotel room, and couples especially seem to love this setup based on what I observed during my stay.
Location Advantages
Here’s the thing about staying this close to NAIA Terminal 3 — it’s not just about convenience for flights, though that’s obviously huge. You’re actually in a pretty strategic spot for exploring Manila. The area has developed quite a bit, and you’ve got shopping and dining options within reach. I noticed a lot of couples choosing this place, and honestly, it makes sense. You get that resort-style privacy (hence the name, I suppose) while still being connected to the city. The recent guest ratings for location hover around 8.8, and after spending time here, I get why.
Practical Perks
What really works about this place is how it handles the practical stuff without making a big deal about it. The soundproofing is surprisingly good considering you’re near an airport — I was expecting constant plane noise, but it’s really not an issue. The apartment-style layout means you can spread out your luggage properly, and there’s actual storage space. The Wi-Fi is solid, which matters if you’re dealing with work or travel planning. You know what I found particularly thoughtful? The way they’ve set up the common areas — there are spots where you can just sit and decompress without feeling like you’re in a hotel lobby.
Why Guests Love It
After talking to other guests and experiencing it myself, I think this place hits a sweet spot that’s hard to find near airports. You get the convenience factor without sacrificing comfort or space. The villa concept actually works — it feels residential in the best way. Couples rate the location highly because you get privacy and room to breathe, plus easy access to both the airport and Manila proper. The 8.9 overall rating reflects what I experienced: solid execution of a concept that could easily go wrong. It’s not trying to be an upscale resort, but it delivers exactly what it promises — a comfortable, well-located base that feels more like a temporary home than a stopover.

I had a brilliant one night stay before my flight out of Manila. The location is great – walking distance to lots of restaurants, shops and terminal 3. Jingle was very friendly and helpful. Good air con, comfy bed and nice bathroom. Pool area was lovely with its own toilet and shower. I would definitely recommend this place.

The location is perfect for anyone traveling from NAIA Terminal 3 Airport. Easy to get to and no need to deal with Taxi's, as I just walked over using the Run Way bridge. The flat itself was very clean and it was obvious they have attention to detail. We had a view of the swimming pool and Resort Drive. The host was very pleasant and quick to respond to questions we had. She pointed us to locations were we could get some food. There are alot of choices near by so no need to use a taxi or Grab. We could have cooked there in the unit, but we stayed just the one night and time was limited. Resort world Casino was just a 5 or 10 minute walk. The area is very safe and clean. Everything is near it seemed. Even a dentist office is 2 minutes away(useful). I would certainly stay here again and recommend it to everyone. The price is right and stress free.
