Plus, there are local eateries and convenience stores within walking distance — those little details that make a big difference when you’re traveling with kids.

Here’s something I really appreciated: the free parking on-site. If you’re planning to rent a car and explore beyond Manila (which I’d recommend), having secure parking right at your accommodation is huge. The building has good security, and the staff was helpful without being intrusive. The Wi-Fi actually works well throughout the unit, which — let’s be real — isn’t always guaranteed in vacation rentals. I also noticed the air conditioning was powerful enough to handle Manila’s humidity, something you definitely want to confirm before booking anywhere in the Philippines.

  Unit is as described. Have extra facilities compare to other units e.g. water with dispener, washing machine, netflix, free car parking space and automatic room fresheners. Unit is clean, space is maximised efficiently.
