It’s actually tucked away on 21st Avenue in this quieter pocket of Project 4, which honestly feels like a world away from the chaos of main Cubao. I mean, you’re still close enough to hear the distant hum of EDSA traffic, but it’s not that overwhelming city noise that keeps you up at night.

The place itself is this four-star setup that feels more like staying at a friend’s really nice apartment than a typical hotel – which makes sense given the whole condo concept. The building sits right there near P. Tuazon, and I actually loved how easy it was to grab a jeepney or tricycle whenever I needed to head toward the Gateway Mall or Araneta Coliseum area. What really sold me though was the local vibe around Brgy. Tagumpay – there’s this great little turo-turo place just down the street where you can get proper Filipino comfort food for practically nothing, and the locals were incredibly friendly when I’d walk by in the mornings.

The unit itself surprised me with how spacious it felt, and honestly, the amenities were better than I expected. The air conditioning actually works (you’d be surprised how often that’s not the case), and there’s this decent kitchen setup if you want to hit up the nearby wet market and cook something yourself. The rating of 10 seemed almost too good to be true when I booked, but after staying there, I get it – it’s that combination of being genuinely comfortable while still feeling authentic to Quezon City life. The area gets pretty quiet after 9 PM, which was perfect for me since I was dealing with jet lag, but you’re still only about 15 minutes from all the late-night action in Cubao proper if that’s your thing. Plus, parking was never an issue, which anyone who’s driven around Metro Manila will tell you is basically a miracle.

  2024年12月23日～2025年1月2日まで滞在しました。
  私が最初の宿泊者ということで文句の付けようもなく綺麗でした。
  クーバオは新旧入り混じった町という印象を受けました。
  
  ①ホストについて(オーナー様と現地で管理されている方は別です。しっかりコミュニケーションがとられているので問題ありません)
  ホスト(管理人)さんは当該施設の近隣に住まれているとのことでチェックイン、チェックアウトタイムを柔軟に対応していただきました。
  ②施設、設備について
  主な施設は以下の通りとなります。
  プール(地上階）、バスケットコート(地上階）、お子様用プレイグラウンド(地上階）、ジム(屋上）、パーティールーム(屋上)。事前登録制になりますので予約時にオーナー様に伝えておけば登録していただけます。
  エレベーターは８基ありますが、４基が低層・中層階、４基が高層階行になります。
  中長期宿泊者には飲料水の無料券あり
  部屋の設備について
  インターネットTV(You tube、ネットフリックスなど)現地のテレビは見れません。
  その他の部屋設備については問題なく使え、短期利用、長期利用ともに快適に過ごせると思います
  部屋のバルコニーが広いのでマニラの夜景を見ながらの晩酌はとても快適でした。
  ③ロケーションについて
  駅を使用する場合クーバオ駅よりアノナス駅の方が500ｍほど近いと思いです。
  コンビニは至近にあります。飲食店、スーパーマーケットなども近くにあります。
  クーバオ駅周辺にまで出ればローカルマーケットからデパートまでなんでもあります。
  ニノイアキノ空港からクーバオまでP2P(P to P）バスが200Pで出ていますのでとても便利です。
  アラネタセンターでのスポーツイベント開催時に宿泊先を探す際はここが便利だと思います。
  
  日本のODAで近隣で地下鉄プロジェクトが進行してますのでこの地域はますます便利になるかと思います。
  
  What could be improved: 宿泊時に保証金(6000PHP)を預けるのですが、預り証を発行していただけると助かります。
  預けた、預かってないの問題を避けるため。
  この物件のオーナー様なら問題ないと思いますが、念のため書かせていただきました。
