The lobby in Building C & D has this clean, modern vibe without being sterile – you can tell they put thought into the design rather than just slapping together generic furniture. The staff actually remembers your name after a day or two, which honestly doesn’t happen at most places in Manila. I mean, you’re not getting white-glove service, but there’s something refreshing about the genuine warmth here.

The rooms themselves feel more spacious than typical hotel boxes – probably because they’re actual residential units. Mine had a decent kitchenette (nothing fancy, but functional if you want to grab groceries from SM Mall of Asia, which is literally a stone’s throw away). The air conditioning works like a dream, which matters more than you’d think during Manila’s brutal summer months. One thing I appreciated was how quiet it stays at night, despite being in such a busy area. The building’s design seems to buffer most of the street noise, though you’ll still hear the occasional jeepney if you’re facing the main road. The WiFi is solid throughout – I was able to work from the room without any drama, and the connection held up even during video calls. Honestly, for the price point and that 8.3 rating, you’re getting solid value here, especially if you want to be close to the airport without feeling like you’re stuck in some soulless transit hotel.
