I’ll be honest – when I first saw the name Condo in Makati with Fast WiFi, Free Pool, Netflix and Own Balcony, I thought it sounded more like a Craigslist ad than a proper hotel listing. But you know what? Sometimes the most straightforward names tell you exactly what you’re getting, and this four-star place absolutely delivers on every single promise in that wonderfully descriptive title.

The location on Salamanca Street is actually pretty smart if you know Makati at all – you’re close enough to the business district that you can walk to most of the major malls and office towers, but far enough from Ayala Avenue that you’re not dealing with the constant traffic noise that can drive you absolutely crazy in this part of Manila. I mean, there’s still the usual city hum, but it’s manageable, especially once you close those sliding doors to the balcony. Speaking of which, that balcony really is yours – not some tiny shared space, but an actual spot where you can sit with your morning coffee and watch the controlled chaos of Manila wake up below you. The WiFi situation is legitimately excellent, which honestly surprised me because hotel internet in the Philippines can be… well, let’s just say it’s often optimistic at best. Here, I was streaming Netflix (yep, it’s already set up and ready to go) while video calling family back home without any issues.

The pool area is where this place really won me over, though. It’s not huge, but it’s clean and never felt crowded during my stay – even on weekends, there’s usually space to actually swim rather than just stand around. The water’s kept at just the right temperature, and there are enough lounge chairs that you don’t have to wake up at dawn to claim one. What I really appreciated were the little touches that show someone actually thought about what travelers need – proper towels by the pool, decent water pressure in the shower, and air conditioning that doesn’t sound like a jet engine taking off. The kitchen setup is basic but functional if you want to grab groceries from the nearby SM Makati and cook something simple. Honestly, after a few days of restaurant hopping, it’s nice to just make a sandwich and eat it on your own balcony while catching up on whatever show you’ve been meaning to watch. The whole experience feels less like staying in a hotel and more like borrowing a friend’s really nice apartment – which, given how sterile some hotels can feel, is actually pretty refreshing.

Early hotels booking in Manila requires advance planning during peak tourist seasons when visitors flock to enjoy the city’s historic sites, modern shopping centers, and Filipino cultural attractions.

  I stayed here a month in order to find somewhere longer term moving to Makati.
  
  In the time the host went out her way to make sure I was comfortable, as well as arranging weekly cleaning for me free of charge.

  It was perfect, from the key handover, extra services for extra bed, extend stay etc.
  The apartment is clean, cosy and of course in a great location. The communication was at all times very easy and helpful.

  Het appartement ziet er verouderd uit met versleten meubels en gordijnen. Tv is niet groter dan een computerscherm en zo'n luidruchtige airconditioning heb ik nog nergens eerder gehoord. Contact met het personeel was mijn slechtste ervaring ooit.

  地點在精華區，樓下就是小型shopping mall，最重要我固定換披索的店就在樓下。太方便了！房間是小套房格局，非常舒適，也可自己煮飯。進出都有保安，可以很安全。會再住。
