-CONDO- Petite Residential Stay Overview

First Impressions

Walking into -CONDO- Petite Residential Stay, you immediately get the sense that this isn’t your typical hotel setup. It’s actually more like staying in someone’s well-appointed city apartment — which, honestly, is exactly what makes it work so well. The four-star property sits right on Eastwood Avenue, and I mean, you can’t ask for a better spot in this part of Quezon City. The whole vibe feels residential but polished, if that makes sense.

Location & Getting Around

Here’s what I love about this place — you’re basically in the heart of Eastwood City, which means everything you need is within walking distance. The Eastwood Mall is right there, along with tons of restaurants and that whole entertainment district they’ve built up. You know what’s really nice though? Despite being so central, it doesn’t feel chaotic or overwhelming. Recent guests have been rating the location at 9.1, and honestly, I get it. There’s parking available on-site too, which is actually a big deal in this area if you’re planning to rent a car.

The Space Itself

The residential-style setup really shines here — you get way more space than a traditional hotel room would offer. Each unit comes with a proper kitchen, which I found super practical for longer stays or even just making coffee the way you like it in the morning. The furnishing feels contemporary without being sterile, and there’s enough storage space that you can actually unpack and settle in. I mean, it’s called “Petite” but the layout is surprisingly functional.

The Eastwood Experience

What makes staying here special is how it plugs you into the whole Eastwood lifestyle. You’re not just visiting Manila — you’re living in one of its most well-planned districts for a few days. The area has this interesting mix of business travelers and locals, so you get a real feel for how people actually live and work here. Plus, the transport links are solid if you want to explore other parts of Metro Manila. The MRT isn’t far, and grabbing a taxi or ride-share is pretty straightforward from this location.

Why Guests Love It

Couples seem to really click with this place — there’s something about having your own space that just works better for romantic getaways than cramped hotel rooms. The 8.8 rating speaks for itself, but what I noticed is how the place manages to feel both private and connected to the city at the same time. You can cook dinner together, then step outside for drinks at one of the rooftop bars nearby. It’s that flexibility that makes the difference, especially if you’re the type who likes to mix planned activities with spontaneous exploring.

Reviews of -CONDO- Petite Residential Stay

  • It was an excellent Hotel. – Julie from United States – March 4, 2025 (10/10)

The breakfast was very good. Lots of choices.
Location was a bit off from shopping mall, but we enjoyed the view.
I liked the room have washer and dryer in it.

What could be improved: The location was off the shopping mall. We have to ride a car to get the the shopping mall.
We could have walked it, but 75 years ladies and gents didn't walk that good anymore.

  • It was a pleasant stay – Angel from Canada – February 3, 2025 (8/10)

The place is very modern with remote controlled lights, ac and curtains. It is very clean and properly equipped with small appliances. Place is close to shops and restaurants.

  • As long as price stays reasonable, RECOMMENDED! – Christine from United States – January 5, 2025 (8/10)

No drama and full follow through on the booking. Good communication from unit manager during the stay Excellent location! Temperature control was great. Enough shampoo and soap supplies provided for our short stay. Like a hotel, had a complimentary set of slippers and "disposable" toothbrushes, if needed. Hi-rise building was clean. Door persons and concierge were polite. A good experience.

Pictured is the view from the building, ground level, and part of the studio.

What could be improved: There were a few things that were worn out or damaged prior to our arrival, but as long as the host knows his property, there will be no problem. The small broken things did not affect the use of the stay at the property. The spring mattress bed will fit two, but it is small. Could've used extra blanket/light comforter and towels (hand and bath). Maybe info on the building – what floor the pool is or where to throw the garbage, for example – would help.

  • Very Good – Mariane from New Zealand – January 2, 2025 (8/10)

    What could be improved: None

  • Par. – Janza69 from Sweden – November 29, 2024 (9/10)

Större lägenhet än andra som vi bott i tower 1, en hörnlägenhet med mkt fönster, luftig.

What could be improved: Allt bra.

  • Nice and clean apartment but needs improvement on kitchen items so things can be located easily – Rachelle from New Zealand – September 19, 2024 (9/10)

Overall presentation is quite good. True to the photos in the website. Note there is a kind of "smarthome" system installed which you may like depending how techie you are. You have to figure out though how to use them (I have to google it that's why I was able to use the little gadgets). The bathroom is clean and tidy too.

What could be improved: This is one of the units I stayed in this building during this particular trip.
It would be good to have some guest handbook to guide us on wi-fi password (I have to send message to the owner to get the password), how to use the semi-smarthome system available in the unit, or how to operate washing machine etc. The little gadgets are all over the unit so if you are into privacy you may find the little gadgets concerning installed on the bed frame, doors, cabinets which could be just sensors but I am not techie enough to know all these things.
Check in instructions were received at 2pm for a 3pm check-in (even though website says check in was 2pm). The owner was kind of strict on this so if you are a guest coming from overseas with no mobile data and no data roaming please be mindful if you don't get the check in instructions immediately because 1 hour before check in is a bit late if you like planning ahead like me.
No hair dryer and flat iron (I have asked ahead if there is a flat iron and a hair dryer available since they are not listed on the facilities. The owner did not provide so please note this.)
One guests already noted that there is no closet available. The closet is locked and not available for use by guests.
One guests already noted that the bed is small – this is correct and it looks like a King Single size bed to me. I am the only guest so this is not a problem to me but if you are 2 guests booking this unit please note this. I think the sofa is a sofa bed so that could be your option.
The kitchen was unkempt. Cutleries are all over the place (drawers, cupboards). There were spoons, a fork and a teaspoon but no butter knife. I have to use the kitchen knife but this is not a biggie. Just note this when dining in at the unit.
The cupboards are untidy and it was hard to look for stuff e.g. vacuum (I eventually found it). Cleaning products are not labelled so I ended up not using them for health and safety reasons.

  • buen sitio – Amparo from Spain – April 21, 2024 (8/10)

Manila es una ciudad gigantesca; este alojamiento está muy bien ubicado.

  • Very Good – Lorena from Switzerland – November 30, 2023 (8/10)

The area and location is very good.

What could be improved: The bed is too small for a couple.
    No cupboard for clothes.

  • Exceptional – Colico from Philippines – October 16, 2023 (10/10)

The place is clean and cozy. Highly Recommended.
