The studio itself has this clean, modern vibe that doesn’t feel sterile – there’s actually character here. What I loved is how they’ve managed to make the space work for up to five people without it feeling cramped, though I’d say four is the sweet spot if you want everyone to stay friends by checkout time. The kitchen setup is legit functional too, not one of those fake kitchenettes that can barely handle making coffee. I actually ended up cooking a few meals there because, well, eating out in Makati every night gets expensive fast, and the nearby Salcedo Market on Saturdays is perfect for picking up fresh ingredients. The building’s security is no joke either – multiple checkpoints that might seem excessive until you realize how safe you feel walking around late at night.

Here’s the thing about staying in Legaspi Village though – you’re literally walking distance from Greenbelt, which is both a blessing and a curse depending on your shopping willpower. But beyond the mall scene, you’ve got these tree-lined streets that actually feel peaceful once you step off the main drags. The noise level in the unit stays pretty reasonable even though you’re in the city center, though Friday and Saturday nights you’ll definitely hear the nightlife below – not enough to keep you awake, but enough to remind you there’s life happening outside. What really sealed the deal for me was the building’s amenities and the fact that getting a Grab or taxi is never a problem from this location. You’re also close enough to walk to the business district if you’re here for work, but far enough from the real hustle that you can decompress. I’d definitely stay here again, especially with a small group – just maybe not five people if anyone’s particular about personal space.

  We enjoyed our stay here. It was near everything. The host is thoughtful and we received complementaries we didn’t know we needed. My kids and I had a good sleep too. Bonus that it was just right in front of 2 famous parks in Makati and just a stone’s throw away from Greenbelt. Thank you!
