The building itself has that slightly dated but well-maintained feel that a lot of Manila high-rises have, and honestly the elevator situation isn’t bad considering you’re going up 18 floors regularly.

The unit itself feels more like staying at a friend’s place than a sterile hotel room, which some people love and others… well, they probably book at the Shangri-La instead. There’s actual personality here – real furniture that someone picked out rather than bulk hotel stuff, a kitchen you can actually use if you want to grab groceries from the SM nearby, and windows that open (revolutionary concept, I know). The bay views are legitimately spectacular, especially during those golden hour moments when the pollution actually works in your favor and creates these amazing filtered sunsets. I will say the building can get a bit noisy – you’re in Pasay, not some quiet resort – but it’s the kind of urban buzz that makes you feel like you’re really experiencing the city rather than hiding from it in some sanitized bubble. If you’re looking for something that feels authentic and gives you space to breathe without breaking the bank, this place actually gets it right in ways that surprised me.

  La piscina estaba bien. Horario bastante amplio y cómodo. Zona bastante accesible y buenas vistas. El balcón.
  
  What could be improved: Todo estaba sucio. En el baño había restos de los envases de jabón del huésped anterior. La cocina llena de grasa. Las llaves horrible para recogerlas y entregarlas, me fue imposible y las tuve que poner en el buzón porque no me contestaban al teléfono. Las sábanas estaban usadas. Los cristales muy sucios. El suelo sin barrer. Ha sido asqueroso.

  A cozy condo near MoA with a washing machine available in it. A very good pool available for whoever wants to swim in a very clean building with helpful workers.
