Condo Unit walking distance to Manila Airport (NAIA Terminal 3) Overview
Look, I’ll be honest – when I first heard about Condo Unit walking distance to Manila Airport (NAIA Terminal 3), I was skeptical. Airport accommodations usually mean sterile hotel rooms with paper-thin walls and the constant drone of jet engines, right? Well, this place actually surprised me in the best way possible.
The location is honestly brilliant if you’re dealing with early flights or long layovers. You’re literally in Newport City, which – and here’s something most people don’t realize – has become this sort of mini-district with decent restaurants and shops that stay open late. I mean, you can walk to Terminal 3 in about ten minutes, maybe fifteen if you’re dragging heavy luggage. The address says Manila, but you’re technically in Pasay, which doesn’t really matter except that it puts you right in this hub where everything connects. What I loved is that you get the convenience without feeling like you’re trapped in some airport bubble. There’s actually life around here.
The unit itself feels more like staying at a friend’s place than a typical four-star setup. It’s got that residential vibe – you know, proper kitchen space where you can actually make coffee the way you like it, not just those little packets. The building’s pretty modern, and honestly, the soundproofing is way better than I expected. Sure, you’ll hear the occasional plane if you really listen for it, but it’s not that constant rumble that drives you crazy. I stayed here during what locals call the rainy season, and the view from the windows was actually quite nice – you can see some of the city sprawl, and at night the lights create this interesting urban landscape. The rating of 8.2 makes sense to me because it delivers exactly what it promises without any pretense. It’s not trying to be some luxury resort experience, but everything works properly, the Wi-Fi is solid (crucial when you’re dealing with flight changes), and the whole setup just feels… reliable, I guess? The kind of place where you can spread out your stuff, do some work if you need to, or just crash properly between flights without feeling like you’re camping out in an airport lounge. If you’re looking for something that bridges the gap between convenience and actually feeling human during your Manila transit, this spot really does the job well.
Exploring Manila offers visitors an unforgettable journey through the Philippines’ vibrant capital, from its Spanish colonial heritage to its modern business developments and world-renowned connections to Southeast Asian culture and traditions.

A smooth, comfortable, and convenient stay—perfect for travelers. – Rubio from Philippines – August 16, 2025 (9/10)
Our stay was smooth and comfortable even though it was short. The kids slept well, and the room was very clean with free toiletries, towels, and purified water provided. What I loved most was the location—it only took about 2–3 minutes to get to Terminal 3, which made traveling so convenient and hassle-free. Overall, a great experience and I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip home.
Recommended Stay for Transitting – Rac from Papua New Guinea – August 3, 2025 (9/10)
Everything about this place. The fact that it was very close to the airport. All essential shops are just nearby. The place was clean, quiet, comfortable and we love everything about it. We will definitely come back whenever we are in manila for holiday or transiting. The receptionists and guards were always very supportive in ordering taxi "grab" etc…
What could be improved: The air freshener used in the waiting area was too much we could not breath while waiting to be sorted.
The Wifi had very bad connection, we could not connect the whole time.Wonderful – Rac from Papua New Guinea – August 3, 2025 (9/10)
We love everything about the place, the location always works, with the shops nearby (Starbucks, fast food, KFC etc…) to top it off. Very close to the airport. I always come here for transit and will always do in the future. Very clean and well maintained. The receptionists and guards always tries to assist with getting "Grab" taxi.
What could be improved: The Wifi was not very reliable – did not even connect at all.
The air freshener in the waiting area was very strong and we couldn't breath.
Apart from that it worked for us because we were only transiting.Wonderful – Jezellee from United Arab Emirates – July 8, 2025 (9/10)
