  Our stay was smooth and comfortable even though it was short. The kids slept well, and the room was very clean with free toiletries, towels, and purified water provided. What I loved most was the location—it only took about 2–3 minutes to get to Terminal 3, which made traveling so convenient and hassle-free. Overall, a great experience and I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip home.

  Everything about this place. The fact that it was very close to the airport. All essential shops are just nearby. The place was clean, quiet, comfortable and we love everything about it. We will definitely come back whenever we are in manila for holiday or transiting. The receptionists and guards were always very supportive in ordering taxi "grab" etc…
  
  What could be improved: The air freshener used in the waiting area was too much we could not breath while waiting to be sorted.
  The Wifi had very bad connection, we could not connect the whole time.

  We love everything about the place, the location always works, with the shops nearby (Starbucks, fast food, KFC etc…) to top it off. Very close to the airport. I always come here for transit and will always do in the future. Very clean and well maintained. The receptionists and guards always tries to assist with getting "Grab" taxi.

  Apart from that it worked for us because we were only transiting.

  What could be improved: The property is actually across the street from the address provided. It took about 20 to 25 minutes to get everything sorted out and into the place. I was very tired after a long day in the air.
