What really surprised me was how quiet it gets at night, especially considering you’re right in the heart of McKinley Hill. I mean, this is usually a pretty bustling area with all the business district energy, but once you’re up in the tower, it’s remarkably peaceful. The two-bedroom layout is honestly perfect if you’re traveling with family or friends – there’s actually space to spread out instead of everyone cramped into one room. The kitchen setup is decent too, which matters more than you’d think when you want to grab breakfast without heading downstairs or ordering room service every single morning. Florence Way can get a bit congested during rush hours, but the building’s entrance is positioned well enough that you don’t feel stuck in all that traffic chaos.

The four-star rating feels about right – it’s definitely comfortable and well-maintained, though don’t expect over-the-top luxury touches everywhere. What I really appreciated were the little things that show someone actually thought about what guests need: good water pressure in both bathrooms, blackout curtains that actually work (trust me, this matters when you’re dealing with Manila’s intense morning sun), and reliable Wi-Fi throughout the unit. The building staff is pretty responsive too, which becomes important when you’re staying somewhere that operates more like a residence than a traditional hotel. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle during peak times – McKinley Hill gets packed with the business crowd during weekdays – but there’s usually something available if you’re patient. Honestly, the location works really well if you need to be in the Taguig business district but want to avoid the hotel scene in Makati or BGC. You’re close enough to everything that matters but far enough from the tourist crowds that you can actually relax.

  I love the location the most! It is so convenient to the Venice mall & more!
  
  What could be improved: I did not get any instructions on where to pick up the room key. The concierge staff had to make a call to find out where to obtain the room key. I was also unaware what the unit or room # I will be occupying. No instructions on where to drop our trash and the master bathroom door knob was not able to open, several times. The maintenance staffs came to the room and removed the door knob.

  What could be improved: -Large living room couch had no back cushions, which made it uncomfortable for someone to sit on
  -Ensuite bathroom has a hole from missing door lock/handle, so door only swung and could not be closed/locked.
  -Dish sponge was used and dirty, which gave a feeling that everything, including dishes was cleaned with the one dirty sponge.
  -Under sink cabinet is smelly
  -Cooking pans are warped.
  -No cooking spatula.
  -Several bulbs are burned out on decorative hanging lamps.
  -Drain covers in bathroom sink looks dirty
  -Not enough toilet paper for 5 days.
  -Bottom of iron is burnt.
  -No ironing board
  
  A message was sent with a list of most of these issues and added a couple reasonable requests, but NO answer. We managed to pick up what we needed from Robinson's.
  
  ***Request for late checkout was requested the day before our checkout day. NO RESPONSE was received until 10:10am on day of checkout informing us that we have to vacate the place by 11am for cleaning.

  Location is perfect near everything around BGC. When you come down from the building, there were many restaurants, We enjoyed staying at the condo:-)

  Loved the property & it's location. Rafaello & his asst Cedric were very nice & helpful assisting us with our luggages . We had an early checkout & he was up early to assist us with our luggages. Thank you
  
  What could be improved: Not really a big issue , but we're kinda loss checking in cuz were not familiar with the area . Parking is kinda far if you have lots of stuffs, like us 😊Otherwise, you're good , cuz there's a short cut .
