This four-star spot at Grace Residences really surprised me in the best way possible. The location on Levi Mariano Street puts you right in the heart of Ususan, and I mean that in a good way – you’re close enough to everything that matters in Taguig without being stuck in the chaos of BGC traffic. The building itself has this solid, residential feel that’s actually refreshing after staying in so many cookie-cutter hotels.

What really got me was how thoughtfully set up the place is. The condo feels like someone actually lives there (in the best sense), not like a sterile rental unit that gets flipped between guests. The kitchen is properly stocked – I’m talking real cooking equipment, not just a sad mini-fridge and microwave situation. The living space flows naturally, and honestly, the views from Tower 3 are pretty decent, especially if you catch sunset from the right angle. The building amenities are solid too, though I’d recommend hitting the pool area earlier in the day when it’s less crowded with residents.

Here’s the thing about this area of Taguig that most visitors don’t realize – you’re positioned perfectly between the business district energy and actual neighborhood life. There’s this great local market about a ten-minute walk away where you can grab fresh fruit and proper Filipino breakfast, and the jeepney routes from nearby make getting around surprisingly easy once you figure out the system. The building security is tight (maybe almost too tight – expect a few extra minutes during check-in), but that means you’ll sleep well without worrying about noise or safety. I actually found myself using this place as a proper base rather than just somewhere to crash, which says something about how comfortable it feels. The 9.1 rating makes total sense once you spend a night or two there – it’s not trying to be fancy, but it nails the fundamentals of what makes a stay actually enjoyable.

  Availability of tv channels. Comfortable beds. Abundant of pillows. Ironing facilities and kitchen tools. Washroom was good. I liked how it had a partition between the 2 beds.

  What could be improved: It's not that spacious but its okay for 4 people. The only thing i was concerned was the parking, its safe but its pricey for the whole stay since its a pay parking. I hope they can offer a cheaper or better, free parking next time.

  Amenities are complete, the admin is very responsive and they allowed my nieces to check in a bit earlier than scheduled. The condo is very clean and cute, complete with kichen utensils, location is great. All in all a very good experienced.thank you for accomodating us til next time 🙂
